The whole vibe of store has changed ,staff not as knowledgeable as past time -large turnover with employees. Also they are a arts &crafts store their new campaign refers to being a maker yet there is a new added section weekly of Premade items very mixed messages. Like I stated at the top the vibe has changed no longer has a inviting feel for "makers" & that is from the top on down .

Always have shopped here but in AZ and you can always find an employee to help if needed. But in the NJ stores I have a huge problem finding an employee and if you do they are so busy setting up a display they cant help you.!!! Hire more people and start givibg better customer service! !!
