Google, why I have to give 1 star? It is just big ZERO. Worst shopping store I ever visited in NJ. The supervisor was very rude and do not respect to customers at all. After you pay, you cant return any item even after 1 minute. Their telephone customer care also would not do anything and kept the complain forever pending. So I had horrible experience and wasted my money. Please avoid going there. Please. There are many other nice stores near by.

Looks like a post apocalyptic mess. Stuff everywhere and I even watched two workers verbally abusing each other almost to the point of fighting while the others stood by and watched. They did nothing, maybe they had bets? Lots of merchandise opened, broken, missing stuff, dirty or misplaced. Customer service equivalent to a fast food restaurant. And god forbid they cant find a price, your basically screwed either out of time or money.

I have visited this location several times and find that is is just way too crowded with stuff. Some of the isles are difficult to walk down and impossible if there is another customer. The lighting is dim and gives the store a dingy look. The sales are fine, but finding what I am looking for is a challenge when merchandise is often piled on top of other merchandise. I am sure I would shop here if it was much more organized.

This is worst store in terms of customer service.. The ass***e manager wouldnt damn care to serve customer or even follow their own policy. I had to exchange a unworn necklace but she simply kept arguing that its against our policy to exchange cosmetic items and just called security in 5 mins and kept showing her rudeness all the time. It deserves ZERO stars rating.. Please keep away from this store for your own sake..

Im a big fan of Burlington company. Because of there collection and there stores. I have been to lot of there stores. But this store is completely worst. There is a lot of mess the clothes were dropped down.its like a garbage. I feel this is because of less staff. But the present staff is so polite I appreciate that.

The place comes off grimey,dim and depressing if they are going for a low cost feel well they have the atmosphere of the store right the entire place is a mess the only bright spot is the staff is somewhat helpful but other than that if you really need to save money and you wont save much then go here

I hate visiting this store again. The store is completely disorganised. If it is closing time for the store, the people who work at the store will directly tell you to get out, THIS IS SOO HORRIBLE. No much collections and HATE going the next time. Even 1 star is too much for this store.
