The quality of products and services have degraded over time. Long story short, we bought a product that was defective in quality. They definitely dont stand behind their products, the managers are all rude. I had to speak to 3 managers about a problem and came to discover every executive in this location is the same. No diversity at the executive level. I am extremely appalled and shocked by the mistreatment and disrespect that I had to endure. Safe to say I am no longer shopping here, or any of the brands that choose to associate themselves with Niemans. My advice to the readers of this review, money is power dont hand over your power to the wrong people. The ones that smile and make promises while taking your money and insult and belittle you when you try to return.

This is the first Neiman Marcus where I ever encountered poor service. I have mostly shopped in the south and midatlantic and at Bergdorfs, so maybe its just the way women behave in New Jersey but I think the home office would be appalled at how rude and negligent some of the sales associates at this branch are. I spent a good bit of money and got my feelings hurt before I realized there was a Nordstrom right next door. Not going back. The Saks at this mall is closing 9/1/16.

I had the best, smoothest, and caring experience buying my new Burberry Jacket from this store and the person that made it so amazing is Beth (store manager). Beth really goes above and beyond what is required of a manager. If only everyone in this world was so polite, patient, and professional we would be surrounded with awesome people at all times. This is my Neiman Marcus store from now on for sure! I will surely be back soon!!! Thank you!

I bought one of the classic cable bracelets for my wife and liked it. However, after 1 year the end of the bracelet with the gem fell off. We took it back to Nieman Marcus and they refused to stand by their work and wanted us to buy a new one. They refuse to stand behind their jewelry.
