The worst Nordstrom experience I have ever had. Im an elite shopper that spends enough to have a personal shopaper assigned you me. I know Im spoiled living in Dallas but I travel all over the country and visit Nordstrom when I can. This mall and store was almost empty at 7 pm and I had to ask for assistance from the 4 shoe people in the dept and when I finally got someone to help, they dropped the shoes boxes off and left! I didnt even try them on. I went upstairs hoping for a better experience. It got worse! I was in Encore and the girl behind the cash register, on her phone, asks if Id like a dressing room. At this point I have about 5 or 6 items. I say yes, she goes to the rooms, comes back to the register area and says "the first one is open" and gets back on her phone! I still shop she never engages again. I go to the area, nothing, try a few things on but decide I can do this all on line without the poor service and I sure didnt want her to get any commission. I left everything and walked out. She said...have a nice night! Unbelievable. If Id had the time I would have found the manager but honestly, I was worried that he or she would have the same attitude. I didnt want to completely ruin my love of Nordstrom

Went last night to pick up a shirt, tie, and sport jacket. Shirt and tie, Hugo Boss, $200, no problem (salesman #1). Went for a boss jacket, $650, very nice body fit, needed sleeve length adjusted (salesman #2). When I told salesman #2 I needed it altered in two days he immediately hung up the jacket and walked away from me. What happened to the legendary Nordstrom service - solving customer problems? I was caught out of town with a last-minute business meeting in NYC and needed a few pieces. I was prepared to pay full retail. I would have paid for quick turnaround on the jacket alterations. I expected salesman #2 to at least suggest a one-day tailor (there are many in NYC, where Im headed tomorrow), but he wasnt interested in helping at all at that point. I left with the shirt and tie (salesman #1 was helpful, albeit totally aloof once I was done picking out my items).

If youre looking for a suit, this is the place. Ask for Fran Smurro. I went in reluctantly, because I needed a suit quickly for a funeral. Nordstrom isnt usually my first choice. But there was a sale and it was convenient. Within about 10 minutes Fran had me correctly sized by eyeball, put 3 excellent choices in my hand, and guided me to the fitting room. When I came out, the ties and shirt were ready for viewing. Oh . . . tailoring was expert, too. I was concerned, because it had to be right the first time. And it was.

Was on a tight schedule as I was picking up someone from Newark airport. I called just to ask the best way to go about picking up a dress that had alterations and an online order to pick up in the store. Meghan answered at the service area and got the dress and the online order and had them waiting for me at curbside pickup. She was unbelievable and I would give her and your store 10 stars if it let me.

Ordered a Necklace from Jerry on 8/16/2017 which was promised on Sat 8/19/2017 for my girlfriends birthday didnt receive until today the 23 of august. Necklace was much smaller then shown on website and very fragile.
