came twice, got faulty products twice. Was overcharged in cash the first time. Was Charged $30.00 for an item that was $26 and some cents. The person working there that usually works there said it must have been the tax on the $9.99 item and the tax on the $14.99. He told me the best product to get with a lifetime warranty and it does not work out of the box! it costs $69.00. He only only gave me a digital receipt for the two items I was charged $30.00 for and one he took back because it had no packaging whatsoever and the other one could have probably been taken back too if the owner was there. I am not sure but I had to re buy a product based on the sellers information and he overcharged me $3.20 dollars in cash the first time I met him, I showed him the digital receipt and the math for the tax on each item coming out to like $26.70 total for both. Still did not get the full $20.00 back when I even initially asked the seller if I could return these items if they did not work originally with my old device. He told me yes, then said he could not take the other item back that I specifically asked about and had to keep it which is not a huge deal but if it was more than $9.99 or as expensive as the $69.00 pen, that would be ridiculous. The guy forgot to put points on my account as well and I now have another DOA product. Its doing the same thing the last item did too where it charges red then stops after a minute or two, out of the frigging box. I hear its a good product but I have had bad luck here so far. If he sends me the points as promised since he said you get 25 for every 25$ you spend acting like he was going to give me more points as compensation, then I look online on the app that specifically states its one point per dollar per all the way up so I did not even get the points because he forgot, had to put my email, name, number down so they could be added in the next few days if he remembers. I am going to have to go back there and they had better exchange it with the hand receipt because it wasnt sealed, all the items are in the same condition, and the product simply will not work! I dont understand it at all but I will change the review when I get the points promised even though they are not extra according to their app and will redo this review after I see how the seller addresses the problem today. This is the third time I am having to go in and I keep losing money! It was supposedly the best product in its class with a lifetime warranty but it does not even work! Neither did the initial device I went in to buy peripherals for because the pin charging peripheral ruined the pin socket end making it nonchargeable to the battery as well. Very frustrated so far, hoping I get experiences from these guys like some of the other people have here; however I notice an overwhelming majority of customers buy hookah tobacco. The guy working there seems nice but he did not keep his word and acted like he didnt recall from five days prior and did not give me the full refund as originally agreed upon. However, if he finally makes the product work or replaces it, I will give this five stars and keep going there. Two stars for being on the nicest street in that town, at least.Will be updated when it is fixed or if it is fixed. The clerk that overcharged me $4.00 more than made up for his errors when the owner was there and replaced the faulty DOA coil immediately. The product now works perfectly. Highly recommended despite my initial bad experience. Give this place a chance, but realize that you do not receive 100% accurate information unless the owner is there is my perception. However, they replaced the coil for free and fixed the DOA product preventing me from using the warranty and having to wait. Five stars, highly recommended! Great location with excellent restaurants, a sushi restaurant right down the block and an arcade place that may or may not serve food. Looks like a Dave n Busters type of place where people drink and play arcade games. Excellent location and in the end, excellent service! Go to this shop!

Best smoke shop around. Great customer service, great products. Very clean store, and they know their products very well. The original somerville smoke shop. Always been a loyal customer from day one and will continue be. I been to another smoke shop in town out of curiosity and it looked like they copied urban chaos which was a disappointment. I will always go to Urban Choas because I know that they are the originals and I did not like that they copied everything Urban Choas does, but that shows how great Urban chaos is.

So I purchased a mod and upon receiving the mod I was told nothing of how to use said device. Within 3 to 4 days it burned out on me had no idea why. So I was in Somerville and came across a business called Urban Chaos, upon entering the store was greeted by all three employees and proceeded to describe the problems I was having with the mod. Within 10 minutes they figured out what was wrong, they were able to fix the mod and give me a crash course on how to use it. I highly recommend and will be returning to Urban Chaos.

I highly suggest no one going into this place, they sell awful quality glass, that they buy from other countries. All they want is your money, and they wont work with you if you have any issues with unused products. You can over hear the workers talking poorly about other smoke shops in the town, how "professional" right? When this is probably the worst shop in the Central New Jersey area. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone! They dont even deserve a 1 star!

Fantastic staff, they are so helpful. Ask them what the best product is and they dont necessarily show you the most expensive one, they present the one they would actually buy. Prices are very fair, obviously slightly more than online but the convenience and the staff ( also the fact that they are legitimate retailers so products warranties are valid) are worth the price.

While staff seems knowledgable enough, we were told since the start of transactions (both times we were in there) that there are no returns. We were sold expired juices and were told by staff that experations dates on vape juice didnt mean anything and they wouldnt take them back. So we were out a good chunk of money for being sold expired juices

This place is legit the ladies I dealt with everytime I go in are always cool. A pretty big selection of all types of pieces. Chill atmosphere and reasonable prices. I go in all the time for butane and I always see cool new pieces some heady some not. So selection, friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices will keep me coming back.

A friend was looking for a water pipe and we were very impressed by the wide selection, reasonable prices, break resistant glass, (what a time to be alive) and the service was friendly and terrific, (Thats you Steve!) checked the pieces thoroughly for any damage before sale. Glassworks were real pieces of art. 10/10 would recommend
