The best part about this store, aside from the wonderful customer service and selection, is how vibrant and down to Earth both owners are. Another excellent feature that I must point out is how knowledgeable and respectful the owners are. Not once have I ever had any sort of issue with my product nor the store clerks. Basically, what this all boils down too, is taking the time to really get to know everyone in the store. Reason behind this is pretty much to prevent people from turning into white knights.

The woman was very rude and foul-mouthed. Made unnecessary comments to people myself included. Would have spent a pretty penny if she had actual costumer service and didnt treat me as if I was beneath her. And the language that came from her mouth could have made a biker blush. And its OK to have a mouth like that, just not when you are running a business, unless you are actually trying to run it into the ground. The other people in their are really nice but that lady needs to go!

Owned by a great couple. They sell tobacco by the bag, tubes, cigarettes rolling machines, pipes, designer lighters, oils, incense, and too many other items to list. Their prices are the best around and they are definitely customer focused. If you want something and they dont have it they will special order it for you. I cant say enough great things about them.
