Mi hija de 11 anos en Agosto del 2016 tubo un asalto sexual en la tienda yo no tenia telefono en el momento del asalto sexual fui a costumers service y pedi a gritos que llemen la policia y nadie la llamo tuve que pararme en la puerta de salida a pedir ayuda nadie hacia nada una costumer me dio su telefono a la media hora de el echo y de ahi la policia vino nunca cerraron las puertas yo misma hice guardia para que no se saliera de la tienda la policia llego a los 30 o 40 minutos de lo sucedido gracias a la gente Y Dios esta preso pero los trabajadores y el Supervisor se lavaron las manos nunca hicieron nada

The last time I was there the cashier did not communicate effectively. First she mumbled if I wanted some kind of customer rewards card. I cant fit any more cards in my wallet and am not about to start carrying a purse. Then she mumbled if I wanted an extended warranty. I didnt think that was necessary for a $13.99 coffee maker. Then she mumbled if I wanted to make a donation to some charity. I gave at the office. Maybe that is why it takes so long at check out. I just want to buy my stuff then leave in a timely manner. They should sell more food now that the PathMark in the same shopping center has closed. But maybe they could clean up a little first because their canned foods had a lot of dust.

Muy mala y poca comprensión compre unos zapatos y me salió del mismo pie fui a que me den el otro y me dijeron que no se podía por qué se paso los 30 días ,no quería otros si no el pie que me falta ahora perdieron cliente y la mercancía ya ahí no compro .

Such horrible service. Or lack there of. I have never had such poor experiences time and again at a store. It is poorly managed. Employees seem to stand around, giving no care as to the growing line, or the man-less register with customers waiting to be served. I complained recently to the manager after a particularly bad experience, and she was as bad as those she was to be managing. I will be taking my business elsewhere until this matter is addressed and changed, even if it means traveling farther and paying a bit more.

I personally never had a problem with this store. Very close to home and ive always found everything I need. I get in and out at a reasonable time without any complications or problems. I actually had to return an item after the 30 days and being I had bought a replacement plan it was done online and quick. I actually received my Ecard in less than 10 days during the whole process of returning through UPS. I will definitely keep going to that specific store.

Staff is disorganized and the manager doesnt seem to have any customer service skills. She decided to lay into the young male cashier for following what customer service told him to do, even after i informed her, that he was just following direction. she continued to put him down. I felt sorry for an error being made that has nothing to do with him. She never even apologized to us, as we were inconvenienced by the error.

I regret going there.. almost every single time (6yrs). This store is only 2-3min walk from my house and they have everything I could think of , but the problem start as soon as you get to the cashier. I dont think Ive ever seen there 2+ cashiers, sometimes its only 1 person working there, even with the looong lines. Last time I went there I couldnt take it longer and left empty handed.

They allowed a third party seller to come in and sell fake "gold" chains. Two days later spoke with the manager, she said the reciept was not from kmart, i called the police they said they could not anything. Got screwed for 150 dollars and so did about 25 other customers who also bought some cheap "silver and gold" chains.

The place do not look as it used to be years ago, kind clutter, hard to find something.. the worst is you have to make a line for paying on cashier.. there is not self payers cashier like at others shop stores, homedepot, walmart so you save the line.. well hope will come better times for this store.

If you dont believe any of these reviews atleast call them and see for yourself. They are so rude on the phone. I barely got an introduction. When they picked up the phone they said "kmart" I have several complaints about that phone call... let me just say. Dont bother with them.. gGo somewhere else

In the past few months we have used online ordering & in-store pick-up a number of times. Every time we went to pick up the experience was exceptional. I went in last week to pick up 7 orders & I was out of the store within 10 minutes. Fantastic customer service.

Great places and prices. 4 stars cause when a item its damaged you only discount 10% even if its in extremely bad conditions. And please pay attention to make up and order when needed or put more from the warehouse when they get all sold.GREAT STAFF

Huge store but I placed a online order they stated all items were available for pick up. Low and behold they werent. They said well refund you for X items they were out of stock... waste of a trip here when that was the item I really wanted.

Waited on line for 20 mins. Cash register broke. Manager didnt know what he was doing. People leaving to wallmart and rite aid. Worst staff ive seen from a store in a while. This is how stores go out of business.
