I have to disagree with the user above who claimed the store as "filthy". The store is HUGE, and with that, you will find areas that are harder to maintain than others. They have people managing about every 3 aisles, which helps them stay organized but at the same time the people working on one end of the store have no idea about the other half, but you got to give the people that work there some credit. The people who work at the store are hard working and dedicated. I was there everyday over the summer. The managers are well trained and experienced, with knowledge that goes well into the system, which is rare to find in todays world. They do a very good job with managing the crazies that shop there. The store is HUGE, and def. could use a directory. Overall, its very well run and great family store with everything you could imagine. The customer service is exceptional quality, I was surprised on how well they are able to manage the daily beast that is the customer.

Went in to get help with paint. Guy at the counter said to " go choose a color". I said ok I need help with this Color can you help me. He said he didnt have that specific color. Ok sir, can you mix some colors to try to Match? No, he says. Again , go pick a color on the wall. WOW. Talk about customer service. Then we go to pay and we were not even greeted by the oh so friendly "princessa" was her name.. I had to say hello first. She couldnt even bag the the other item I purchased and left it for me to pick it up and bag it myself as she walked away. I said "thank you so much" and she said "I dont know what your problem is." What?? Say hello, or have some courtesy when a customer is coming to PAY for things. bag their items and hand it to them. Simple?! she has no business working as one of your professionals who has not one ounce of careness for customers.. mind blogging how people get hired..

The selection of the International foods offered here is impressive. However, many of the products are past their expiration date and the service is rude. If you go, check the expiration on every item you put into the cart. Dont assume that if one jar was fresh, the one next to it would be too. For the same reason, it might be best to avoid anything from the frozen section. (Also minus 1 star because last time the cashier double scanned several items) I have been to this store multiple times, most times without any issues, and I intend to shop there again. Its worth giving this store a shot, just be attentive.

I never get left empty handed everytime I visit this place. Theres always something nice or necessary to buy here. The products come from all over the world, but theyre never too expensive. Most goods are popular and thrifty. You can use this store to check on: Beverages, clothing, supermarket goods, bakery, electronics, fish and produce, teas, automotive, furniture, house cleaning, sidewalk salt, gardening, luggage, carpeting, toys, office supplies, hair products, etc.

MY MOM GAVE ME A STAINLESS STEEL DISH RACK BY HOME COLLECCTIONS. I HAD USED IT FOR ABOUT 6 WEEKS. IT RUSTED. I DID NOT HAVE THE RECEIPT . AFTER WAITING AT LEAST 20 MINUTES FOR THE MANAGER I WAS TOLD I HAD TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER OR COME BACK WHEN THE SUPERVISOR WOULD BE THERE. THEY SAID TOO BAD . IF YOU SELL AN INFERIOR PRODUCT YOU SHOULD AT LEAST TAKE IT BACK AND HAVE GIVEN ME CREDIT. I THINK YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT NEED TO HAVE A STAFF MEETING.

Reasonable prices a lot of household goods ranging from furniture to brooms to appliances. I especially like their clothing section. Be sure to check that your prices at the register match the prices in the aisle. I have been overcharged several times. Also, if you buy something you only have 14 days to return. Connected to international foods next door, which is worth checking out.

I like NWL up in Middletown, but I LOVE the one in Lodi. The rug department is pretty good. Saw some Persian rugs that appear to be authentic and real, at a very good price. The wool was soft and the designs looked very "Persian" and the construction was good, not great, but good. I have to give it 5 because I get a kick out of looking at their rugs, and I wash rugs for a living!

This place is a megatropolis - seriously; First floor - household goods, pet supplies, electronics, liquor, furniture, car supplies, seasonal items Second floor- tons of clothes, food market with produce, fish market, deli , international food items, milk and eggs are sold on both floors I come here every 2 weeks with my girlfriend - our cart is stuffed to the top!

Probably you can get everything here- food, groceries,clothes,household items, furniture,electronics at very affordable prices. Staff is overburden yet friendly. Removed 1 star because there food stuff is expired quite a few times- so check expiry date of all food item before you buy.

Cant beat the prices here.. and its for almost all the goods.. jewellery, make up, bags, apparel, all at a shared price.. only downside is you dont have a fitting room to try on clothes! I havent visited the grocery section yet.. will update review once I do..

Check items expiration dates... There were some expired products TIP: always ask cashier at the register for any promotions. I go to this store often and sometimes they have $10 or $5 coupons

This place has everything. Not very organized. Low prices are cool, selection as well but a reorganization of the goods should be looked at, somewhat thrown together.
