It would be nice iff you could get help in the store, most of the people that work there can just say hello in english. I realize we live in a very diverse society here in Jersey City, even though if you are going to work in the public arena the person should be able to speak and answer questions in english. With the exception of two ladies that work in that store the majority cant speak english , and the ones who can are so nasty, like your bothering them. Personally I think you need a personnel shake up, even the manager is not friendly. This is just one persons view , but I know a lot of others that would agree, but do not want to stir the pot.Sales do not make up for friendliness long lines.Thank you for your time

Happy Holidays to all 2015 ending year!!! I always do my Christmas layer way here and this year was my hardest. A week befor Christmas my husband lost his job we didnt know how we where gonna pay the rest of our layer way I cried for my kids because I wasnt sure what we were going to do. GOD IS GOOD!!!!! Today I received a call from Kmart telling me they have a secret Santa who paid the remainder of my layer way when I tell u I cried I cried lol hover joyed thank u secret Santa May God continue to bless this person in ur name amen

My roommate and I visit this place regularly for household items, snacks, and random cute things. There are always new things being stocked, too! The couple who own the business are so sweet and friendly, that it is always nice to just visit, even if I dont walk out with anything. It is definitely one of my favorite Inner Sunset/Irving st. Shops!

Lines take very long to move when trying to pay and leave Ive been going to this kmart even since I was a child with my mom computer and cash register have never changed 1990 models has to change every time Im there I hear customers in line complaining about the slow lines up to date software would change that.

I love this particular K-Mart I always get good service and they are always eager to help when I have a issue. I do everything at this location from my online pick ups to my last minute whatevers....... No complaints!!!!

Just close already!!!! Worse customer service and if u do buy something be prepared to wait at least 20 mins to check out even if ur the only person on line. Their registers are the worse even if paying with cash!!

I visit this place regularly. It is always fun to shop and get points then shop using points. although the shop is having most of the items in stock customer service is not that good.

An ok store, sub par inventory, and hawk like eyes grilling us through out the whole 30 minutes we spent there. Buy some security cameras, never again !!! So uncomfortable! !
