Never had a "problem" at this Walmart. I dont know why people are saying its "dirty" "the store staff is rude" "parking problems" The store is well stocked, the staff is friendly, learn how to drive or park a little farther away and waddle to the store. Many parts of this store, just like the one in Garfield WILL BE ROPED OFF ON SUNDAY! Why is this so? Because of our Kings and Queens that rule Bergen County in Paramus with their outdated draconian Blue Laws. I have no idea why these people are still in office and should be thrown out on their asses. Anyway, the Saddle Brook Walmart is just fine for your quick run in and buy it and get out store. I would suggest using the website to see if they have what you need in stock. If not check Garfield stock and now soon Teterboro airport store, yes I know... ridiculous. If youre up for the drive there is another one in Secaucus NJ. I had to use the Secaucus store several times, it is HUGE compared to the Super Walmart in Garfield. The Saddle Brook store is just a little guy in comparison. Keep in mind the Saddle Brook Walmart is not a Super Walmart. So dont think youre going to go there and do super market shopping. Hence why Saddle Brook only gets 4 stars. If you do go to Saddle Brook, DONT go to McDonalds, instead get a hot fresh slice of pizza at Franks Pizza after your shopping spree.

This is the worst WAL-MART in the world RT46 Saddlebrook NJ and I travel alot..... Customer Service the worst ..you cant walk in no isle because its always full of boxes.... Every Single Employee there including the Management are on there cell texting 24/7 ....you ask for help they say i dont work in that Department and walk away.... All there Shelf Products are Broken or not in Place ...and has one Price and they charge you Another Price and tell you it was a Mistake.....happen to me at least 7 times... I Say Fire them all and Replace MANAGEMENT there ....and 97% Dont Even speak English...Whats going on I say SHUT That store down...I spend at least $1,000 Minimum A MONTH at Walmart I been going everywhere else to spend my Money .......All they Care About is getting Paid and the Hell with there Customers so Sad...... And must say it use to be a great Priced store now there like A Damn NIKE store so damn Expensive..... Wont get my Money Anymore!!!!!!! And you have a better Chance speaking to the President of the USA before they pick up and if they do they say hold on and hang up truly SUCKS BAD!!!!!!

I called ahead to see if they had a particular item and was told they did. Drove 20 minutes there, looked for about 10 minutes before asking where to find it, was pointed in the "right direction," still no luck. Asked customer service (who had said on the phone they stock it). Customer service wouldnt show me, but called over the same person who had directed me before; she found someone more familiar with the department, still couldnt locate it. After half an hour of looking, the last associate suggested I go across the parking lot to the dollar store. Pretty sure they had me drive down and waste almost an hour for a $4 item they didnt have in the hope that Id see and buy something else "since Im here anyway." I walked out empty-handed.

I ordered online for store pick up, my package was to be delivered April, 7, 2017 on that day I checked the status of my order and it was being returned from where it was coming from hours later I got on automatic email with a new order number and a new pick up date for April, 14, 2017 which was ok because I wasnt going to use the item till the April, 21, 2017. On the 14th I received on email saying my order is ready for pick up went to the store as soon as the guy handed me the box I hear glass I open the box to look at it my item was broken in all several pieces. Not a happy camper I cancled my order and request a refund.

If it gave me the opportunity to give this store a 0 I would. I come to this store to shop and I receive a nasty associate that goes by the name Jessica stating " I shouldnt be working in retails I should be doing something better." I personally dont think is a proper thing to say despite rather they like or dont like their job. Thats just show me theyre not here to serve a paying customer. Also, when I ask for assistant they never seem interested to help or guide me In the right area instead they continue speaking with their partner in their own language acting like they never heard someone asking for help.

Tried calling three times because I figured maybe I just kept getting the wrong idiot who did not know how to answer or transfer. But nope, twice hung up on when transferred and the third time I asked for someone who could transfer me successfully I was transferred to someone who hung up on me after 6 minutes of waiting. If your telephone answering is this bad why would anyone want to go to the store!

This is the messiest, dirtiest, understocked walmart Ive ever seen. The staff is rude and unhelpful they dont know where anything is and make no effort to find it. I went for air fresheners and of the entire shelf there were only about 10 cans in stock (this includes everybrand) and they were all knocked over and strewn about on the floor. Youre better off going to the one in garfield.

This is your basic enormous discount retail store. I think they are now open Sundays. Most of their employees know very little but are usually pleasant. I once had to explain to the menswear manager what pleats are. Keep an eye on your stuff at the checkout so no one else gets a bag that you paid for. That happened to me once.

Good luck trying to call the store for availability of an item or anything else for that matter,no one ever answers,long lines and many of the employees dont even know what the store stocks,at the customer service you will always get the winning employee who hates working there,be thankful you have a job!.poor customer service.

Called to check ONE item, first call: on hold over seven minutes just to find Garfield doesnt have the item. Saddle Brook had me on hold over 10 minutes and to no avail, the woman could barely assist, and insult to injury, buy it online then pick up later!!!! If I wanted the item in 5 days if have shopped Target!!

An easy place to shop. They have most anything one could want at a very good price. One of the things which was very important to us, was the ability to have carts for those that are disabled. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had two cards available and both of them in working order.

This Walmart seriously needs an update. Didnt feel like a typical Walmart. Everything from the displays to the organization of things was antiquated and messy. The staff was non existent when you needed help. In short I would rather drive an extra few minutes and go to another Walmart.

Customer service were unpoliat with me I bought Sim card which was not working ,the company of t mobil claimed that it may be solid twice And customer service of wal mart was rude upon returned it back But most of other things that I bout were nice with good prices
