Huge store, shelves were sparsely stocked and appeared ransacked. There was a severe lack of employees/staff...I mean I walked two levels, corner to corner, and encountered all of 4 employees in the entire store. It took me 15 minutes to hunt down an employee when i was ready to check out, and when I finally found one she was not trained on the registers but was able to point me in the direction of someone who could take my money, of whom I had to go hunt down on my own. I then waited close to another 10 minutes for this employee to finish assisting another customer before he could return to his register to check me out. The other customer was very nice and asked him to please check me out before her of which at that point i was grateful for. Unbelievable experience, how they sell anything is a mystery to me...its not surprising that the store wasnt busy...I will only go there for items that I cannot get elsewhere, namely Craftsman Tools, and I will now even explore other brands of tools just so I dont have to deal with this store again...So unprofessional, disappointing & sad really...they can not expect to survive in retail with stores like this.

When I was young I thought Sears and Montgomery ward and WT Grant were some of the greatest stores the other two are gone out of business Sears is heading to go out of business right now. Its a embarrassment to go into the store there are one or two customers in the place .the place is run down and its really a disgrace it should be closed up at once. I bought a battery for my car last August in the store I was told yesterday from my garage that the battery cell is dead and needs to be replaced I went to this store they have no record of me purchasing this battery they looked on the computer and could not come up with any record that I purchase it I had to go home and find The receipt which I did I will go back there today this place is a joke ever since Ex Goldman Saks big boy Eddie Lambert took this over its a total disgrace that and K mart. Lambert destroyed the store like all the others he acquired. Sold off all the pieces was only interested in the real estate did not care about the future of that company or their employees thats the capitalist system at its peak.

I WENT FOR AN ALIGNMENT FOR A 2013 BMW 750Xi with the full M Sport package (dynamic computerized suspension system). THEY MADE EVERYTHING PERFECT. After putting wheel spacers on and buying the car used with the steering wheel slightly crooked, they made it 100% straight but not only straight but the handling grip went up INSANE. Dont believe the other mechanic shops saying we have to do so many things and it will cost $300+. They did it for $90. They fixed camber and toe front and rear. The handling is immaculate!! Extremely recommended if you put spacers or need any sort of high-performance "racing-grade" alignment.

What has happened with Sears customer service. I just had the worst experience at the one in Freehold Mall. Rude workers who do nothing for you. if it is not in front of them they cant do anything to help. They tell you that the store is short handed. I have been going here for over 20 years and hear the same story. They better hire some extra help and trained them on how customer service is the most important part of your job.....

This location has the worst customer service. I waited 10 minutes before and employee actually acknowledge me. And then they wouldnt let me exchange outfits for different sizes. They claim they dont sell these items although they had Sears tags on them. Im now stuck with outfits my daughter cant wear because of the wrong size.

Not very happy at all with the customer service at all. I was the first person in the door yesterday for a nail in my tire.That fix takes 15 minutes tops. BUT the clerk told me Id have to wait hour to 90 minutes before they could look at my car. I was the first person in the store. Not very good customer services.

This location has a nice selection of childrens clothes and appliances. The store is fairly clean, and the staff are ok. Ive had problems with appliance delivery, but hopefully theyre better now.
