I dont even know where to start about this store.... First of all, the store is filthy. THERE IS A MENS SHAVER ON THE SHELF FOR WEEKS NOW WITH HAIR STUFFED IN THE SHAVER HEAD. THIS IS REAL LIFE! I took one walk down the baby food isle and there was liquid formula spilled and dried all over the other products and the shelves. There were smashed containers of baby food and EXPIRED baby food that they were selling. This store has no problem selling expired food. I bought 3 packs of ground beef here, only to get home and open them and just about pass out because they smelled so terrible. Most of the time I cant even open their milk refrigerator without wanting to throw up from the smell. Service is just as terrible. I have (on more than one occasion) been given attitude by the cashier because they dont know how to scan a gift card or a coupon. I also pre-ordered a Nintendo WiiU unit at this store (which guarantees they will hold one for 7 days for you when it is released) and they sold my unit and there was not one available anywhere else in town because everywhere was sold out. WORST AND NASTIEST TARGET I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Target mobile customer service in spring valley NY is absolutely terrible. First I went there to buy one IPhone 7plus than I asked if they have 2 5s unlocked for For kids to play Pokémon the girl tells me thay have it and it comes with 50 dollars gift card. Only to find out that thay were prepaid phones which were locked. But I went to return 7 plus in another target store and they gave me attitude trying to return. They sad even though the receipt was from NY they you bought the phone in Clifton NJ and your wife bought it not you while my wife never went there in her life. So they told me that your wife has to be here to return the phone. So I went to the store where I bought it The service from Target spring valley the nasty lady Kyla gave me such an attitude and terrible unprofessional service that I can remember I would never shop in target if even if it is for free. The thing missing was fist fight.

Okay, this place needs to invest in some new cash register checkout areas!!! Theres no room for me or the cashier to place bags of items after we bag them!! Theres a gaping hole in the middle of the checkout lane--- theres barely any table room or a long chute to slide bags and merchandise along conveniently!! Seriously, Palisade Target has nice big checkout areas with room to bag and place items- a nice wrap-around desk area for easy access of purchased items. Cash register lines get long ALL the time-- there seems to be an issue with cashier staffing- and the manager always says that cashiers called out of work- well if thats the case, OTHER workers or managers need to step up and get on the cash registers to get us customers OUT of the store finally!!! I mean cmon! I do love the self-checkout lanes though, they speed up the lines well.

Self checkout line ran into clothing aisle. Only 2 registers open. And 4 employees one one register chatting, ignoring the line. I spoke up asking if one of them could open a register. The GSTL looked at me with a smirk. I threw the merchandise down and walked out. Target isnt the only game in town. Why more people dont do the same and make them lose the business, I will never know. But then, they really dont care. All these huge corporate giants are the same. They claim excellent customer service in their advertising with sparkling, fully-staffed stores, and you get there and it is a huge let down. Unkempt stores and poor staffing.

Worst target. I ordered something online for pick up in the store. I was informed that my order was ready for pick up so, I went to pick it up. Go to guest services to claim my order. The guy tells me its in the back and will be out in a few minutes. A few minutes turned in to 30 - with me having to ask the status a few times. I guess it wasnt really "ready for pick up". I couldve gotten it myself much faster! The manager was standing feet from me, saw me waiting, and said nothing. Needless to say, I dont plan on coming back.

For some reason the staff dont look happy, I asked for assistance a couple times with different people and was the same, maybe the management is applying to much pressure to workers, prices are not updated in the auto pay stations so have to keep calling the cashier next to the station for help since there was a dedicated person in that section as usual in other stores or supermarkets, otherwise nice layout and plenty of things to buy

The worst Target. I live less than a mile away but still go to the Palisades Mall location. The place is a mess usually and the staff is complacent. Always very long lines. Shelves often poorly stocked. Management needs to get off there ass here. Literally any other Target would be a better choice. If I could give zero star rating I would. Seriously just go to the one in Nyack dont waste your time.

Love it! So relaxing to shop. rather pay more, to shop in a clean organized better class environment. Never a mad house. Cash register wait needs an improvement. They have now put in self check out. Slight improvement. Up and up excellent value and compare nicely. They are always having free TARGET gift cards for purchases. Plenty of parking. Small restaurant inside. Overall very satisfied

Shelves were disorganized and staff were not proactive in assisting me. Also, the cashier wasnt really paying attention and mistakenly charged me twice for two different items. Granted, I visited on New Years Day when the staff was most likely recovering from the insanity of Christmas shopping and no one wanted to be at work.

Shelves needed restocking and they were doing it in the middle of the day and were making it difficult to navigate the store. This should be done late night when the store is closed. The shelves were a mess as well, probably due to customers, but if employees are on it, the shelves can at least look neat.

The service is so bad !!!! And never order on line for store pick up it will take you after to go do your shopping your self then wait for them to service you .. O and to get a manager to help you get the stuff .. you can go take lunch and maybe when you are done someone will be there to help you ..

My brother was raped by one of the security guards when he was 8 at the target of spring Valley. Complety traumatized, he finally said something when he was 14. A couple Months ago they accused me of stealing something, when they didnt find anything on me. I wouldnt even give this a 1 star.

Ok I always get helpful service when I shop here. Staff would find things for me even when They werent sure of the answer. I just wish wish the lines were so long at night but then again its late, shifts are changing and people want to go home I guess I have to deal with it
