This place is on the upswing! Staff are now smiling and saying hello. Its never going to meet the friendliness and helpfulness of their full-line stores--because of their high turn over and lesser numbers of staff--but this place is great for bargains. Sometimes you have to search a little harder for it--but its worth it. Some rounders have random things from past seasons, sent from the main line stores that have been heavily discounted including super high end names. (I bought a $1500 skirt for $80). Other times you find entire rounders of the same item in different colors and sizes--things that are just appearing at their full-line stores. Its a little harder work than a main-line store...but the bargains are worth it!

Ive never been more pissed than here. I was told I could return my item to ANY. Nordstrom. I come to find out now that they wont take my return because its from the Rack after the woman in the Norstrom store directed me to the services desk and told me to go there and they would take it. Lets just say that Ill never buy anything from them again. Ive bought things in the past no issues and now this. Happy holidays.

very hit or miss like most nordstrom racks. and really not a lot of good deals for men. its like getting premier clothing for basically half off. so a shirt from last season is 55 instead of 110. i think if im spending 55 on a shirt ill take something from this year from macys

Found some shoes I really liked after looking for an hour. Went to the register to pay and the line was enormous! 3 cashiers and they all looked confused. Needless to say I left the shoes and the line.
