I used to love this place (and bought all of my bras here even prior to my wedding) until they dropped the ball on having my corset available for my final dress fitting. I went into the store 3 weeks before my final fitting to get the corset, but white wasnt in stock. Not a problem, because they assured me I had plenty of time and that it would be restocked in a few days. They assured me that I would get a call when it was ready for pick up. Of course being distracted with the wedding, I realized a week before my final fitting that I never received a phone call. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes before the woman told me she would have to get back to me and that she "promised" I would hear from her by the end of the night. Never heard from her (very unprofessional) so I called the next day. Was put on hold again only to find out that the item was backordered, which is why they never called me in the first place. After explaining to this new woman my situation and that this was for my final fitting, she decided to call the vendor and would get back to me. I did hear from her in a few minutes and she assured me the vendor was going to rush ship it to the store and I would hear from them in 2 days to pick up the corset. The 2 days have gone by, never received a call or status, nothing. My final fitting is in 2 days. Fortunately enough Amazon Prime has the corset in stock and will deliver in time. Unfortunately because of their lack of professionalism and their inability to meet a deadline, l will never do business here again.

The Dain Shoppe came very highly recommended by the bridal salon where we bought my daughters wedding gown. The Dain Shoppe staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and warm. Their policy of allowing the bride to "borrow" undergarments to take on loan is brilliant. I was able to bring the dress I will wear to the wedding in and experiment with what would work best to make it most flattering. Besides the underwear, I ended up buying 2 dresses there for other occasions - one of which I wore to my daughters shower. I would and have highly recommended the Dain Shoppe to anyone who is in need of their services. I also admire their Veterans Day initiative to assist members of the Armed Forces with specialties to defray wedding costs. Good for you!

I have always hated bra shopping...dread it worse than bathing suit shopping. OMG what a fun and pleasant experience at the Dain Shoppe! Linda was so very helpful and pleasant. Not overbearing at all! Walked out with 2 "loaners" to try with the gown for my sons upcoming wedding. Love the NO PRESSURE sale...this will be my go to place for my next bra even though it is a trip to get there and the parking is not the greatest...Dont think twice! Shop here!!!

By far the best customer service I have been given anywhere. I was not looking forward to corset shopping, however, the owner made me feel very comfortable start to finish. With her charming personality and years of experience, she made this what i thought was going to be a nerve wrecking experience a walk in the park. Her staff is very professional, trained and friendly. This grade A service is hard to find these days.

I shopped at the Dain Shoppe for the first time today. A from the time I called the shop until I left, I felt like I was at home. Kathy is truly wonderful and makes you feel and "look" amazing! Due to my size, its hard to shop at traditional stores that sell bras. I HIGHLY recommend the Dain Shoppe. Thank you so much!
