A great place to hang out with your children. My daughter and I spent hours here every weekend during our Daddy Days together when she was a toddler, and for several years on up. I read her countless books while we enjoyed something from the cafe. And we often bought a book or two. Today I am meeting her here again, and she is now 18. We still both love bookstores. And this our local one. Lots of sentimental memories and it is still the same layout. (Dont forget about your local library though. We spent a lot of time there too.)

Had question about a particular book, salesman who greeted was very polite and purposely escorted us to the location of the book. He waited while we browse through the book and asked if there was anything else that he could help us with. We didnt have any, he politely thanked us, wished us a good day and went on his way. After visiting other stores, he was the best salesman of my day. Im sorry I didnt get his name. This was at the Moorestown store

Went there for a item they had two but said they were on hold till closing. At closing they wouldnt sell it to me and said come back in the morning. I called at 8am when they open at 9am and it was already sold!!! The manager said their employees can buy it. Why not just tell me you were not planning on selling the item. Im so discussed with this store and their service

Great Barnes and Noble and cafe. My only issue is free wifi is advertised,but there is a severe lack of plugs in the café. There are two plugs,both on opposite ends of the cafe. I get that maybe they dont want people to stay for too long,but they offer free wifi,i dont think you can really have it both ways.

A man, I didnt catch his name , helped me with a sensitive subject and showed such compassion and real knowledge that I was immediately put at ease! He works customers service and called customers by their name. You dont find that kind of service anynore!! Very refreshing,!!

Nice place to study or read. They have in stock almost every book you may need. The staff is very friendly and do not hesitate to offer assistance to customers. Also, the bathrooms have been clean every time I have been there.

Awesome atmosphere! Huge selection of products. Has a Starbucks located inside so you can enjoy a good book while sipping your favorite cup of coffee. Lifts my spirits being there.

Very helpful staff, great to kick back and relax with a book and a cup of coffee. Very few bookstores left in the area, and this one is making an effort to make sure you return.

Typical Barnes and Noble....it does have a cool Starbucks. Elevated above the main bookstore and a large seating area. Parking is fabulous and close.
