By far this is the worst experience Ive ever had getting glasses! My daughter and I had an appointment for contacts & glasses on Oct 26. The stand-in eye doctor was rude and initially had an attitude. After telling my daughter who is 30 years old, she would have to spit her gum out before he examined her, he then debated her about her wearing extended contacts in the past. Told her there is no such thing. All the while huffing and puffing while speaking with us. He then stated that in his opinion, they are not healthy and that even though they advertise them as such extended wear, they are not. When my daughter went back for her 1 week follow-up for the contacts and to place her order, they lost her file. We waited for an hour while they searched all over the place. Eventually we were told that original doctor who is on maternity leave had the information on her laptop at her home. As for me, Nov 18 and I still dont have my glasses. After my calling for the last three weeks, I was told they forgot to submit it to the lab. They later changed the story and said that there was a defect in one of the lens and the lab had to order more. If I hadnt kept calling I never would have found out. I called today to find out the status and I was told someone would call me back. That was early this morning and I haven’t heard anything. I will never do business with them again.

This place is full of unprofessional human beings, very lazy and inconsiderate they do not wanna do anything.. I ask questions they look at me like I have to heads staff is incredibly untrained.. they also lie I ordered glasses which they said 7-10 days I didnt receive my Glasses until a month later because they were sitting in a box in there back room and they didnt even know never again will I use this unprofessional place

by far the worst experience ever. The doctor there lost my script...twice...and now I have to pay $200 for another exam. Terrible, incompetent people. Also, the people that work there are rude and take zero accountability for their mistakes. They also dont like doing their job, and get upset when they have to.

After seeing some of the bad reviews i was a little skeptical but there is a new doctor there and he is wonderful. He has great manners and does a wonderful exam. Made me feel comfortable and i saw really clearly through my new glasses. Would definitely recommend them.

Best eyecare Ive ever gotten, very thorough exam , all my questions and concerns were addressed. Excellent doctor and staff. Will be coming back with my husband!
