Butchers are a dying breed. They are more expensive than box stores or the local supermarket. But the quality of the meat, the varieties that are available, and the excellent knowledge of the owner cant be topped. I pay more money shopping here, but the quality, care, and friendliness cant be beat. If you are a foodie or just want a better place to shop, you want to shop here.
