BEST BUTCHER IN TOWN- Quality meats, low prices, and incredibly customer centric! The butchers aim to satisfy and always go above expectations. Both the butchers and the staff are the best in the business. Always personable and cheerful service! I cant count how many friends began exclusively buying Trim-Rites meats after Ive brought them a pound of ground beef, just to try. Everyone I know ditched the supermarket meats for Trim-Rite. All of my friends/family compliment me on how delicious our barbecues are because of the meats we use! To be honest, it takes no convincing after you try their products. Immediately, you will notice the quality as soon as you fry up some tacos using their ground beef. There is no grease and the meat just cooks differently than the food chain supermarket ground beef. It just looks healthier and the taste is so much better. Their filets and Delmonaco steaks are must try! Ive eaten at 5-star steak houses and no exaggeration, their filets taste better!!! I recommend Trim-Rite to everyone! Try them once, and youll return...GUARANTEED!

I was sent here by a co-worker when I was complaining that I could find a good steak in the Supermarket. Boy was I happy I went. I asked for a porterhouse and the butcher pulled out a nice looking piece of meat. It had great marbling. I asked him to cut it about 1 1/2 thick and he came out a bit later with the perfect porterhouse. It tasked good also.... The price was good also. $9.99 per pound. That around the same as the supermarket. Im going back to try more item but I know you can get a good steak!!!

Top Notch! I feel like butchers are an under utilized way of purchasing quality meat. People love the convenience of food store, on stop shop. But the extra trip out is so well worth it! The guys ( and gals) behind the counter are so knowledgable and helpful. They work with you to figure out the portion that will best fit your needs. Overall a wonderful Experience. Family focused, small business... we need more like it!

I have been shopping at Trim Rite for more than 25 years. I always have their fresh ground beef on hand and some version of their homemade sausage - and other items as well. I like being able to pick up fresh for dinner 6 days a week. Across 2 owners they have remained consistent, friendly and efficient.

Great local mom & pop type place. Carry quality stuff at prices youd expect. Their frozen meatballs are fantastic. Good sausage selection. I get meat for beef jerky and they cut it on the meat slicer for me to get it the exact thickness I need.
