I went in for a roast beef - and I asked to see the underside, which was ALL fat. They wanted to sell it to me, or a smaller roast which I did not want. The butcher in the back said he was not ":f...king" cutting any more slices off meat for anyone. I then said I would go elsewhere, but the nice lady in the front apologized for his behavior,and cut the roast in half for me. Maybe he was having a bad day?? Day after Halloween - maybe hung over?? But even though I have never had a problem with the meats from there, his gutter mouth will have thinking twice about ever going back. I told him that he would never speak to my husband that way..... and he just glared at me. In afterthought, I probably should have just walked out, even after they cut the roast, but I am too nice a person to come down to his level.

I have been going here for years now and its great! The staff has always been very nice and friendly. The thing I like most is the package deals, great price and the meats are always fresh. Plus if I dont like a particular item they let me substitute for another one. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
