After not having my phone for a week I went into this location yesterday and the employees did everything they could to fix the issue, then helped me with customer service when they couldnt figure out the issue. Unfortunately I left the store without a phone because I needed to do something on iTunes at home, which didnt fix my phone either. I went back in today and had a great experience. They helped me upgrade my phone and recover all my information!! Marco was the gentleman doing my transaction and he was amazing!! Jonathan and the location manager Randall were amazing with assisting me pick out cases and any questions I had! The best sprint store I have been to! Thank you guys, now I have a working phone and in love with it!!! #iphone7+rosegold!!!

Went to upgrade my I phone to Samsung Galaxy8s Randall the Sprint Associate helped me out one of their finest he was very courteous PATIENT and tried everything possible to connect new phone he called every tec support Sprint had and no luck six hours later still no luck we were both there till 9:30 pm and still no luck he and myself had the Patients of saints and the poor guy didnt get lunch or dinner in order to resolve this problem thats loyalty he deserves a raise he is a credit to your company I had to go back the next day and Nala and El Fa helped me out finally got the problem resolved they have a good team there they all deseve a pat on the back or better yet a raise THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR PATIENCE AND TIME

If a store is going to lie cheat and scam there customers they should do a better job at keeping there stories straight, the manager does not like to help just wants to pass the buck onto customer service or a corporate store, associates are in need of training. You would think walking into a sprint store you would be met with some professionalism but that just wasnt the case it is extremely rude to have loud music playing when customers are present, for employees to be acting like children and for the manager to pick up a personal phone call while in the middle of helping you is unacceptable. I dont recommend that anyone visit this store if they are seeking help or need to purchase anything.

Best store ever. Long story short my phone was going crazy like it had a mind of it own and i didnt know what to do, so as usually i had to pay a visit to the sprint store. seconds after walking in I was acknowledge and greeted immediately by Leslie and Randall. I explained the situation to Randall as i was extremely frustrated i had lost all my contacts and picture, He told me that my issue would be a simple fix and i had nothing to worry about. Surely minutes later my issue was resolved with no errors. Would recommend this store for any and all to go to.

I stopped in to pay bill in the 331 Kearny ave location, and was in and out. The energy in the store from the sales associates was amazing and entertaining. The manager Randall was very kind and quick to help me with some questions I had about an application and the sales associate Jason was hilarious and gave my daughter a free coloring book with some crayons. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about switching to sprint, to go see my guys at the sprint store on 331 Kearny ave! Thank you guys!!

I am only giving 5 stars because of one person who helped us alot. Her name is Petrae! As soon as we got there on Saturday she was all smiles and willing to help us any way she can. We had an issue with 2 orders being screwed up (not coming the day we ordered them) but she did everything she could to help us. This place has a great chance to be something bigger but they need more people like Petrae!!! The manager also helped and did what she could but I have to give Petrae most of the credit.

everytime i have been in this store, I have received nothing less than a VIP experience. The team, especially Randall and Monica, always make sure you get the best service and leave happy. They dont mind how many questions you ask, they make you feel like a valued customer. In this day and age when there is a cell phone store on every corner, its service like theirs that make you want to stay loyal and keep coming back!

I came into this location needing help with multiple lines, 2 different accounts and help opening a business account with several phones and accessories. Jazmyn was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through each and every technicality I could encounter. Never had this type of *smooth* service at a phone store before. SHE NEEDS A PROMOTION ASAP!!!

The customer service at the Kearny Ave. Sprint store is exceptional. All of my questions were answered, and Randall, the Location Manager, was very helpful. In the past, I have visited other Sprint stores, and I did not always have the greatest experiences. Fortunately, this Sprint store is close to home, so I will be coming here if necessary.

The manager Randall was amazing. He was very attentive and took his time to ensure all my questions was answer. He even help me recover my old Gmail account with all my information. I was able to purchase a new phone, lower my bill and get a selfie stick for my daughter. I will be reffering all my friends and family over. This store rocks
