Honestly, I have been to every single one of the petsmart in different areas. I will be the last one to leave a review. However, This store should definitely close. First the staff dont care about any of the animals they sell. On top I bought two guinea pigs and they were super ill. I call to see what they can one guy said yes bring them the next day they will be see by the Vet. Lies, I went the next morning and they had me waiting and said that they didnt have an appointment that I had to wait, and they didnt guarantee if the Guinea pig will be okay. So they even told me that they could die. I had to leave in them in store. They were not going to return them supposedly until the guinea pig were okay or they would tell me if they die. So I didnt leave them, and I took them to my house. I felt really weird. Them the girl told me that she was not a miracle worker. As soon as, she realizes how she was talking to me she was trying to be attentive after. At this point, I am so done with this people. The girl said that she was going to make an appointment for Wednesday, or they will going to try to make an appointment. I am waiting. Nobody call. No one is doing anything. One of the worst time, my guinea pig are really ill. Honestly, I think this people should all get fired, if you work in environment where you have pets you need to care. The customer service and all the people are really rude and it is really bad.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I tried to buy a nail grinder for my two dogs. I brought the empty box up to the register where the cashier could not find the nail trimmer kit for the box in the back.. so the manager comes. 15 minutes later they found it & Im purchasing it. I drove an hour to this store location, so I checked the box before leaving the parking lot. I open up the kit, not only is the $50 nail grinding set missing all 11 of its peices & used, but it is also DIRTY and has dog nail shavings all over it. I brought it back immediately. The manager was a complete joke!! His defense what that he doesnt understand how factories package their products, its just dust & that petsmart just holds certain products in the back so theyre not stolen. Then he opened the instruction manual and took his time carefully reading every peice that was missing. Complete joke of a situation. For that to be the manager who Im dealing with, acting so incompetent and clueless about the products. I wouldnt be so concerned about customers stealing when the employees are opening the products in the back of stores & theyre being used. Management should probably know something about that lol.

Absolutely rude and unflattering workers. I went there with my mom to get a leopard gecko and the man who was there rudely took everything out of my shopping cart and starting saying how the animal isnt for me. I will be speaking to the manager about the poor service.

Nice and clean environment. Only problem was when I wanted to buy a Beta fish one of the employees gave me an attitude when I asked for help just because she had a line of other customers which I didnt know.

Grace is a wonderful groomer, she delivers exactly what you ask for. The store is very clean, which is nice considering all pets are welcome, and also have a great selection in foods for all my pet needs.

I go there often, its fairly new establishment but i wish there where more staff walking the isles answering questions rather than walking around hoping you see someone.
