After over 15 years servicing this store, the current staff is the absolute most combative Ive ever dealt with. Very nasty and accusatory rather than working with customers to help resolve pet issues. VERY NASTY. petsmart found the solution in less than 10 mins. Went home, applied as directed and problem solved within 15 mins!!!!
