Worse experience with employees ever!! So me and my sister went into the shop and made a purchase. We went all the way home to find out the item was cracked and we didnt touch it or nothing, so we went back to the store to make more purchases and to switch out the item. We get to the store and my sister asked me if I could talk to the guys for her because she felt uncomfortable, so I did. I was very respectful and just told the employee that the item was cracked and all we wanted was a replacement but the employee gave me a lot of attitude and the only thing he was saying to me was, "I didnt sell it to you like that." So I told him I didnt do anything to it, and that it even still had the tag on it. So i asked, "what do you want to do." He said very disrespectfully, " give me your ID." I gave him my ID even though i wasnt the person who purchased the item, and he looked at me like I was crazy and said, "your underage you shouldnt be in the store," so I said, "are you kidding me right now." So I said, "I got you", and I did freak because I couldnt fathom how disrespectful the employee was to me. The funny thing is my sister is 25 years old and she the one that made the purchase and she was coming back to make even more purchases. I would love to talk to the owner and the employee who was there today, today is Tuesday April 25 and I was in the store at about 8:00pm. I do apologize for freaking out but I just couldnt fathom how rudly I was treated. Im available the 26th or the 28th if you would like to talk in person I would really appreciate it.

This place is run by the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of any Vape Shop I have been to in South Jersey. They are extremely patient and even fifteen minutes after their normal closing time they were helping customers (I arrived at 2055 and left at 2120. They close at 2100. Very relaxed atmosphere Most things you could want concerning concentrates and tincture, as well as a supply of dry sifters. They are one of the smaller shops, which has no breadth but has plenty of length, is setup in a beautiful full length lighted case filled with everything you need for vaping supplies, and smoking supplies. They carry high quality, brand name, tried and trusted products, and at the right prices, if not a bit overpriced, as well as the cheaper generics. And everything you can think of as far as tools.and accessories, even O rings . But its NJ, everything is pricy. Everything from tobacco and tubes, to grinder and sifters, pipes and rigs, juices and vape pens and batteries. Even a Lava vaporizer or two. I believe (from conversation and context) that it is owned and ran by a guy in his late twenties. But he is sharp, knowledgeable, friendly, and is one of the last shop owners to abide by the classic idiom: The customers always right. The environment is well lit, so their selection is right on display, easily viewable, but has a relaxed atmosphere that puts you at ease. If I were you, I would go out of my way to stop by this store, youll be doing yourself a favor.

I love coming to Connoisseur! By far the best smoke shop in South Jersey. They have a wide variety of pipes, water pipes, cigars, hookahs, etc. The walk-in humidor is a nice touch. The employees are also great! As soon as I walked in; I was greeted with an uplifting hello, and good vibes. They have a wide selection of e-juices; premiums and house blend. They really know what theyre talking about over there. They even sell all different kinds of tobacco! I really never have had a bad experience at Connoisseur, and Ive been a regular for a long while now.

I have been coming here for years, and by far best selection of vape, and water pipes in the local area. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees and they have always made me seem welcome, and been extremely friendly. I have lived in a couple different areas and states and this shop has proven to always have the most variety and has always brought in new merchandise. I highly recommend it to all my friends and anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly shop.

The Freak To Beat

This is the best smoke shop ive ever been to. They are always able to help me with anything and everything i have to ask and or need help with. They helped me out with my mod and is now in working condition. They also always have deals going on glass and other products very affordable. They have it all from water pipes to pokers and all your e-cig and vape needs from coils and tanks and devices. Only smoke shop i ever reccommend.

this place is awesome, so much selection, awesome prices, anything you could ever need or want, the staff are so helpful they dont try to just sell you whatever, they ecplain it and set you up so you walk out of there with full knowledge of what you just bought. i felt like these people really cared, awesome atmosphere wil deff be telling all my college buddies and coming back for more, their home made juices are the best!!!

Really friendly staff. I was completely new to vape and they explained about how everything works, and how to select juices. They suggested a product for starting out and WHY they felt it was the right choice. If I ever want more advanced equipment Im going back there. Oh and they have walls of juices, just explain what you like and theyll suggest something.

The people here used to be nice and chill but most are inconsiderate and rude. Prices are a little ridiculous on some stuff, I can get it better online or even from the place down the road. I would only come here to get glass and that reluctantly because its very pricey for the pieces that shouldnt be pricey and theres nowhere close with a good selection.

This place is trash. I bought a brand new tank. The tank leaked in less than 24 hours that I had it. Went to the shop and he wouldnt exchange it and basically said I am beat. Dont waste your money or time here. Their are plenty of other shops that will do the right this. Everything in the shop is also over priced.

Didnt know there was a vape shop so close to where I live. I dropped in to see if they had coils for a Blazer Pro tank, sadly they did not but the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up leaving with one of their house e-juices and I definitely think Ill be going back in the future.

Best shop around tbh-- biggest variety Ive seen in all of the area. Most helpful and intelligent staff, they kick ass. Bang for your buck. You really cant go wrong at Connoisseur, they fit everyones needs.
