Very cold place for me, I have been a steady customer for years. I also work in retail and they do not care about their customers much. My first purchase was a $260 Atmos Raw Vape...it did not vape...it turned to ash and with the glass bead he assured me work make it vape, it didnt get hot enough even after long use. I brought it back bu was not allowed to return it, but was given a discount on a chillum I liked. The next time i went was for a water pipe, i had some extra cash and wanted a nice piece, i wanted to be sold to by someone excited i was there at all. Instead i got the guy i have seen most of the time. A balding guy with glasses with the personality of slug. He shows no excitement and acts as if everyone including me- six foot young black guy (baby face and kind and punctual- no language gap) He just showed me the pieces dully and gave me basic information. I bought a 250 17 inch water pipe that i love along with an $80 dollar honeycomb perc ashcather. He rang me up quite dull and didnt say come again. I have had several experiences over the last three years all getting progressively worse. Yesterday I went in to replace my beloved honeycomb perc ashcatcher. The guy was there and "helped me look" they didnt have any 18mm 90 degree ashcatchers. But they had 14mm ones, I asked if they could let me have the 10 dollar adapter for free as i was strapped on cash or at any discount because they really are the ones who do not have a standard piece in stock, not one 90 degree 18mm ash catcher. He looks up finally right into my eyes and says No quite rudely i might say. He instead points me to the water pipes like i bought years ago. I say i am strapped for cash and remember when i was given a discount before and could he ask someone else. He summons an older blonde lady who comes out, I explain what i asked the same way and she looks at the adapter and looks and me as says quite rudely NO! I was visibly stunned by how loud she said it and said well thanks for the customer service and left...I have spent a lot of my hard earned money there and they will never see another cent from me. I used to send all my friends in the area there...no longer Im now at docs where I went after that and got 20 dollars off of an awesome ashcatcher!

Wow guys really? It sells organic type clothes and jewelry but most business is cause its a head shop....it sells water pipes and smoking tools / accessories. Not to mention the controversial internet drug called SALVIA which is a hallucinogenic type high and looks like pot and is smoked like pot. I was talked into upgrading on a particular product and it was guaranteed by Joseph the manager but when it didnt work at all, when I went back with the box and receipt and tried to get my $ back, there was No Negotiation. Nevermind Ive been giving him and his family (the owners) my money and business for the last 16 years or so....I told him never again would he have my business but thought Id at least give fair warning to anyone whos lucky enough to search and find this, go to the one in Towson, much better, or Eastern Ave. Docs, thats the best anyway.

I called asking about a specific E-Cig starter kit, the guy on the phone was obviously trying to get off quickly so he just kept saying "yea we have all that stuff! just come on in!" in response to everything I asked about. I drove all the way down to fells point and they didnt have anything I had clearly discussed on the phone. I cant speak on the other stuff they sell because I was really only in there for an e-cig and tobacco juice but regardless thats no way to run a business, you should just admit that you dont have what the costumer is looking for or, even better, give a recommendation.... Maybe just one bad employee, I dont know. Just relating my personal experience.

Great people, great prices. Best head shop in Maryland by far. Nobody that works there is a snob or jerk as with most head shops. Considering that they are located in Fells Point, it may be busy, especially on the weekends. I would advise a trip during an off drinking time. They have a wide selection of pretty much everything you can imagine though. They have lots of varieties of incense in many different sizes too. They must make a killing there to sell most of their stuff at the prices they do. Will return again.

The going bald , glasses, kind of creepy live in moms basement type of looking guy is horrible. He is dishonest and will try to sell you most expensive item regardless of quality. He lies and does not know anything at all, a glorified scam artist. Everyone else there seems cool.
