Its a good mall but it really, really irks me that the escalators are only at the far ends of the mall. For example if. you are in the middle of the mall and you look down to the lower level and see that a store you want to get to is right below where you are standing, you have to go way out of your way to find an escalator to get down to the lower level. Once downstairs you the have to backtrack to the section of the mall where you had been upstairs. I dont go to the mall for exercise. I want to get in and out. Mall directories are few and far between so that you have to do some trekking to find a directory and then backtrack to the store you are trying to find. The phone app is not helpful either. Probably a great mall for people who visit often and know the terrain. The Macys has a better selection than other malls in the area. The Nordstroms is hit or miss compared to the customer service I have encountered at other Nordstroms. The Estee Lauder staff always go out of their way for me but some of the other counters completely blow me off; MAC, Nars clearly dont want my business. The perfume section is hit or miss.

i have recently purchase with the repeat the heat kiosk owned by illegal Israelis located within the freehold raceway mall i would like to inform you that the products they have been selling products that not FDA approved tens unit and the heating pads they sell have a serious hazard for skin burns attached is the picture of recent burns happened to my son not yet talking about any liability issues may arise with the mall management agrees for such operator to sell OTC product without FDA approval i call all customers who bought palm massage to file a claim with FDA and not to use it the company is falsely advertising they are FDA approved i am going to approach FDA to investigate this issue it is unthinkable to know how mall management would allow such thing to happen to their consumers dont you care for your customers health ?please share to prevent this from happening and stop people from shop not FDA approved products which is a risk to our health

I dont often go to this mall for one reason, because i dont like to run into people i know from school outside of it. The mall seems to be a popular hang out for kids these days and i just want to have a good time not running into people i dont want to see outside of school, when i have to deal with them. There are a ot of kids that go here and like to act crazy and mess with things... if i were you i would try and go to this mall during a time that you can be alone and be anti-social without people judging you. For the food court, i usually only get one thing... chick-fil-a. It is usually the most crowded because its the best thing there. If you want to get starbucks i recommend getting in line quickly because a bunch of middle school girls are always there trying to get fraps and take pictures of them. Just a warning... have fun!

The fact that the management would allow customers to be spied on via scanning technology is deplorable. Yes, there are now license plate scanners at every entrance to the mall, scanning the license plate on YOUR vehicle as you enter and exit the mall! This is done in the name of "security", but we all know what it really means.. more money out of your pocket, and Big Brother in your face. Despicable! I urge everyone to post a similar review and shop somewhere else. I know I will! "Sure enough, over every entrance to the mall were scanners that record the plate numbers of every car coming and going. The scan instantly shows whether the registration is current, Jones said. While the driver is shopping, the police are writing out a ticket. The project was funded with a $285,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security."

Nice big mall. Seemingly, overcrowded. Dont know if i should feel safe or not. Tons of cops out in the parking lots but didnt see one in the mall. Nice food court.. Crappy dried out crepes but hey, its a food court. Also they should put a supervisor In the kiddie area in the food court. 2 older ladies; 1 a mother of a kid in the play area minding her own business with a 7 year old playing and an elderly grandma or great grandma (I really hope she reads this) were almost in fisticuffs, Psychograms would have gotten TKOed... But im getting off point. They need to regulate the wackos who loose their marbles and think its OK to Scream and shove in front of a bunch of kids......... Just sayin If you cant act like an adult the you shouldnt have kids or great great grand-babies pyschograms. :0

To me, the Freehold Raceway Mall is one of the best malls in the state of New Jersey to go to. It is a great mall for families and friends to go to and have fun. Also, the food court is spectacular, due to the fact that it has many great eateries including favorites like Nathans Famous, Wendys, and Sbarro and places to try something new at like Chick- Fil- a and Panda Express. Finally, the mall has lots of amazing stores to spend your money at including the brand new store Primark, toy stores like the Lego Store, and collectible stores like Hot Topic. With the great food, great stores, and of course, the giant elevator in the middle plaza, this mall is great for the whole family and deserves a 5 - star rating.

Good variety of stores. Mall is kept clean and well-maintained, and the stores are stocked well. Theres something for everyone in this mall, on all sorts of budgets. For example, if Lord and Taylor are too expensive, try JC Penny or one of the other less expensive clothing stores. There seems to be a cheaper alternative for every luxury item, from food to clothes to exercise equipment. Very well laid out and moderately easy to access all the stores across the two floors. Would recommend for a daily shopping trip.

I love this mall! There is so much to do here and see, great variety of shops, clean, always CROWDED on weekends! I come here every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and have fun each and every single time!! This mall does an excellent job at promoting itself! Tip: Get here by 11 or 12 noon at the latest on a weekend to get a spot here or else be prepared to deal with the madness that is the Freehold Mall parking lot LOL!! Anyways great mall!!

Nice sized mall with Macys, Lord & Taylor, JC Pennys, Nordstrom, Sears and Primark as the larger anchor stores. My familys favorite restaurants are PF Changs and BRIO, but there are a number of other chains. Less expensive eating options are also available in the extensive food court. All malls are pretty much alike, and this one doesnt stand out -- its a decent, clean local mall that doesnt get too crowded except around holiday time.

Love the bright atmosphere in the daytime with natural light coming in through the mall from glass ceilings . Great variety of stores and places to eat. Something for everybody. Carousel located in the food court is beautiful and unique with a 2 tier design, train ride for kids on lower level is fun too! Nordstrom Cafe is a nice alternative for a healthy bite to eat if you dont want the usual food court affair.
