This Mall is not even a mall. Its so small. Its a cheap way of putting stores together and saying mall. I went inside and saw a dentist office . IN A MALL !!! To the mall staff, change the owner because thats not making money. Also there is not food court and only has 2 restaurants actually inside the mall. It almost faced foreclosure ! You cant find anything you need in that store. Parking is decent because no one is there. If you want a good mall go to one of the biggest malls in America called the Palisades Center Mall with over 400 stores. The Biggest mall in the Hudson Valley Region is the Poughkeepsie Galleria with 250 stores.

Its quiet and uncrowded, therefore very easy to navigate with ease. However, there is little variety of stores to say the least. It may be a convenient stop within your itinerary if you need to get something very last minute. Other than that, I would rate it five stars if it were called Newburghs Greatest Convenient Market or something likewise, rather than The Newburgh Mall.

There isnt much at this run down mall. The stores did not have a good selection of quality merchandise and there is a limited number of stores to begin with. If you need office supplies, tennis shoes or jeans you might find what youre looking for, but not much else. They did have a Bath & Body Works, though, so that was a nice surprise.

Like what time does this ass mall close on a Wednesday for Christ sake ....I came in there at 7:45pm and 90% of the stores are closed. I used to come here to get a pair of sneakers but my hometown mall aint even worth me spending money here. When will Newburgh get a mall worth coming to. Knock this waste of space down already.

Small Mall !!! Bonton anchors one end of the mall, Sears the opposite end. Little shops of little interest in between. Rarely more than 25 people roaming about main corridor...eerie! Like most malls it seems to be nearly out of business and about to close its doors anytime now....

Cant see how this place stays open. They are losing anchors and it is not an inviting place to shop, especially at night (kind of scary in the parking lot). I dont find many useful stores inside and Sears is on the decline. I dont see a bright future for this mall.

Not the biggest selection of stores but if youre looking for some decent sneakers, shoe repair and a quality slice of pizza not the worst place to go. They dont seem to be able to keep stores around but theyre the ones that do stick around do the job.

I dont even know how this mall is still open. Everyone Ive visited (not very often) it is empty. It could be 12 noon or 6:30pm, they are never busy. It is a very small single story mall with a few good stores but not at all worth a trip.

This mall is small quiet and not a great selection of stores. I occasionally go if there is a specific store I need purchase something from and dont want to go to a larger mall. Its also a good place to do some walking for exercise.

This is just a sad excuse for a mall. You cant shop here because there are hardly any stores. REALLY needs a new set of stores to choose from. Always clean and empty because it never gets busy.

Fun for everyone, has a shoo for u if your looking for it, not usually crowded but still a nice place to hang with friends and there are summer fairs that happen in the back parking lot too.

This mall has your basic stores you need. Clothes, shoes, video game store, pizza place (good pizza), and jewelry. Wish it had more plus size stores other than the Avenue.

Expansion since my last visit, quite a number of years ago. Sears and The Bon Ton were quiet, not much foot traffic, but well kept, with most of the store space occupied.
