Im a female who went in with every intention on buying two hats. After being in this store for over 15 mins. Nobody ever asked if I needed any help. What type of business is this??? One associate was busy but the supervisor was not yet he made a phone call while I was standing right next to him... GO TO ANOTHER LIDS WHERE THEY WILL RESPECT YOU...

Extremely disappointed in this store. Went to pick up a hat that I had shipped to store and it was too big. I asked them if I could swap it out I would pay the price difference or whatever it took and very rudely they told me all sells were final. So I basically just threw 30 dollars away.
