I went to return a rug that I bought the previous week but had already taken the tag off. Thought my transaction would go smoothly because it was only a week. The rug totally changed color after my daughter spilled toothpaste on there and It changed color. Now misses manager came over and said she would not return the product because it was not a jcp product. She insisted it was not her product...Yes Im very upset. She claims to "know" all her products and says jcp would have been written on the back. Well jcp wasnt written on there but yes I did buy it in your store. If she had simply checked another similar product she would have known that she was wrong but I guess she wanted to flex her authority over her fellow workers and prove her status of being misses manager. I am very disappointed because I spend a lot a money at this store each year so I didnt expect to be so disrespected. But misses manager look around they closing half of the jcp stores around so keep flexing your power. Im never going back here. I felt very hurt and embarrassed because basically she was calling me a liar. That was VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now if you all was selling those cheaply made products I would not have had this problem in the first place. UPSET AND DISGRUNTLED!!!!!

I will never return to their salon . I had specifically asked to have my hair died red and walked out with the same color I had walked in with . She told me to give it a few days to see a difference . I called the salon back later that day and told them I was not happy . She told me she could throw in a few more highlights but it would cost me extra to have my hair blown out . I paid $120 for a service that I was very unhappy with . Needless to say I will never return !

The doctor was great! But I felt swindled when buying the frames and lenses. They promised they had my insurance over the phone, but when I came in, they didnt. It was almost the end of the year and I needed glasses. They said people go out of network all the time. My insurance hardly covered any of the cost. It also took a very long time to receive my glasses (almost 3 weeks!). Basically I trusted them and I later felt betrayed.

4 TIMES over the course of 2 months now JC Penney has delivered the WRONG MATTRESS! I have contacted them repeatedly about this, in store and in person, yet all I get is "this never happened before???" and then they reorder my mattress and it is wrong each time it is delivered! The incompetence is beyond comprehension at this point. I have not slept well in two months because I have not had the mattress I ordered!

Good JCPenney store. Ive twice gone there in the last month for shoes for the wife and kids and the selection was always competitive (all the major brands, if a smaller selection within each brand), prices were fair. Staff was helpful when a shoe rang up higher than the advertised sale price - refunded the difference with no complaints.

No Customer Service. They run sales, large percentages off, yet when you go to the store to buy, youd have better luck getting an appointment with the man on the moon than finding someone to help you. I had 500 dollars to buy a leather jacket. I left with my money.

This Sephora never has any product I go in for. Ever. I have been in atleast 10 times and each time they send me over to the actual Sephora in the mall. If they are going to consider themselves a Sephora, they should carry the same products.
