I got all my kitchen stuff from JC Penny in Cherry Hill, NJ.( Such as, oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer,microwave, dishwasher. My dishwasher was broken when I received it. I didnt realize it at the time because I was not using it. I bought a new house and I was trying to finish my kitchen construction. It only passed two days from the day I received the dishwasher, I realized it was broken. The door of the dishwasher is not closing right! I called JC Penny and they said SAMSUNG(the brand) is responsible for the product. I called 30 times Samsung and JC Penny after this. No one responded or resolve the issue. I have a broken dishwasher sitting in my kitchen that I can NOT use. I dont know what to do with it. I can not believe after buying all my kitchen supplies from JC Penny, Cherry Hill. They are not acting responsible for their broken product. or try to help me to resolve the issue. I definitely not recommend this place to shop at all. There are many different stores around cherry hill and have a better customer service. Thank you.

This place is horrible. First of all, they lie about thier sales. They raise their prices and then make you believe you are getting a good discount like "Buy 1, Get 1 for FREE" . The managers are disorganized!!!!! They dont respect employees nor their loyal customers. They just focus on credit apps. The store is sooo dirty! Several times there was no paper toilet or paper towels in bathroom stalls! There is always a pissy smell in the fitting rooms! THE LINES ARE SUPER LONG! Overall the WORST store in Cherry Hill Mall! Dont go there!

While on business travel a couple of my shirts got ruined. I stopped in here to pick up a couple of shirts in their big and tall section. They had a nice selection of shirts that fit my needs (tall). The staff was friendly and helpful. Since I was new to this location they helped me find the big and tall section.

Took my daughter here she was serviced by Tanya D...let me just say...OMG this is the best my daughters hair has looked after being done by any hair stylist...my daughter is mixed so she has that thick curly hair and Tanya D did the dam thing...her hair lasted for more than 2 weeks ...WOW Thnx Tanya D :-)

8/8/15 I was in the Cherry Hill store in the curtain department. The salesperson who assisted me was Sheila. She was professional, informative and a wonderful resource. I purchased 12 panels and 6 valences from her. The curtains will be shipped to my home/

I went to the store, unfortunately, seeing all the discounts, but it turns out the discounts wear were a piece a junk. The discount restricted all the good brands like Nike and even Godiva chocolate. Never go there.

I thought the store had changed but I was wrong. I walked in after a long time since the new ads on tv were really good. The clothes looked cheap and sleezy. The atmosphere was awful. I couldnt wait to leave!
