Beware!!! Never again. Left 38 pieces of clothing. Tried to make appointment for August 1st when my contract was up. Was not able to get appointment until August 18. When I got to my appointment, owner was confused and did not have anything ready. She was appoligetic and told me that she was on vacation and was unaware I was coming that day. When I went to to collect what was not sold, was informed that I had to rummage through the store to find the items myself. Was unable to find 12 pieces as the owner and an employee stood there watching me. When I asked for help, was told that they dont do that. I had to find them myself. After an hour, I left without 10 of my items. I had to make a list of the item numbers, and was told that they would look for them when they get clothes ready to be donated. I cant believe they get away with this. I feel like I was robbed. Next stop Better Business Bureau.

Initially, I thought this was a nice place with good clothes and decent prices. I took 20 perfect pieces, all designer names, to put on consignment. The crabby owner was not there for my appointment, so I left the clothes. Next day, I go back, and she is only interested in 4 of my things! I will not purchase here again. My friends will boycott as well . We have collectively spent close to $1000.00 this year, but no more! I'll give my clothes away first before going back to this store!

I have come into contact with three different people who work there and all of them were pleasant experiences. I showed up without an appointment and was fit in with no problem. She took most of what I had and I was delighted. Looking forward to selling more pieces here!

Ive taken my shoes there a few times and never had a problem...people there are friendly and very courteous!!! usually my things have been sold, and what is left I pick up...never a problem.....Ive been very happy buying and selling from Fashion Re-View!!!!
