I needed a replacement headlight for my 2009 Nissan Versa. Ernie helped me get the proper replacement bulb and then offered to help install it for me. Seeing what was involved in replacing the bulb (Nissan makes it a lot more difficult than necessary), if I had tried to do this on my own, I probably would have had a nervous breakdown and would have had to relent and take it to the dealer to fix.. Ernie went way above and beyond to get the bulb in and get me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I work 2nd shift and have an hour commute to work. I would been in a real bind if Ernie hadnt stepped up. Moments like this reaffirm my faith in humanity. Give the man a raise!

AutoZone has a rental tool program for specialty tools. You can use a specialty tool for free. Just pay for the tool and return it for the full refund. It saved me about $120 borrowing the tool instead of purchasing it. I only needed the tool for five minutes and will not use it anytime soon. Great feature! The place was swamped but it seemed understaffed for a Saturday. That was the only negative.

I stopped at this auto zone with my husband and literally listend to this woman I assumed was the manager yell at and belittle this man in front of ppl for not using the right computer for parts! I think he was new by the way she was going on ! She shouldnt have any authority job if she doesnt have patience with her employees! Not going back!!!

Over the years this is a great auto zone with quality workers. I just joined guides and happen to be doing reviews right after an incident with a worker hence the 2 stars. I happen to know the DM who is addressing the issue. Any other time in the past.... idk however many years its been open (I watched it being built lol) Ive had no issues.
