This was a tough one for me to review because I have just moved to the area and only used this place twice. The first time one of the workers there was great, very happy and had a great attitude. He helped me with gathering all the things I needed as I was doing a full service on my car. However, this auto parts store is in a quiet town and is really used a lot by locals, and you get a sense of that from the workers and customers that are there. So today as I write this 15th of May 2016 at 7:15 as I have just got back from there, I wanted to write this review. I arrived at 18:55 and a man with a cart of tools with an older woman was outside the door, the man was locking it. I asked him if I could get in, I needed to grab a bulb. he looked at me and said were closed. I looked at him and said I though it was 7pm you close. He looked at his watch which showed 7pm and I pulled my phone which had 18:55. He said the managers asked me to lock the door and he pointed to the manger who was serving someone at the till. I said seriously! people go out of their way to rush to get here in time because online it says 7pm and "we" get here and you locked up early!..joke! The woman said try pepboys, I replied they close at 6pm. As I pulled out I noticed a woman who was running across the car park it was now just around a minute to 7pm and she pulled the locked door and she asked me and I told her they decided to close before 7pm. The lady started to swear and shout, I understand her frustration, but instead of just swearing I wanted to write this review and go in another direction. My ager was at the prick who locked up early but IF the manager did tell him to lock the doors, then I guess this goes to show the way they run business. I get it, its a small town. I get it, you may not have been busy the whole afternoon and thought it was just a waste of time staying open, I know this because I am an owner of a business. BUT if your hours are 7 to 7 or 10 to 7 then you stay open or change your hours! I got the bulb I needed on the drive back as I stopped in a gas station.

Called before I got there to see if they had a hitch in stock and was told they had it only to show up and be told that "We had it yesterday we must have sold it. Thats all we have."

The store is so so. The employees are great, they arent the problem. Their selection just isnt great and their prices always seem a little on the high side.

Usually pretty good with smaller parts like bulbs and garage supplies like brake clean and oil. They almost always have a BOGO on Brake Clean.

Came here for a taillight for my car and they didnt have any in stock in a two pack. Guy tried to sell me a box of twelve. I only needed one.

Had to stop for a new battery, brought the wrong tools. The guy at the counter gave me hand getting it done. Pretty awesome on his part.

No parts, they dont help with check engine lights. Whats the point? This unfortunately why Walmart takes over. Piss poor
