I purchased two Walmart MoneyCards from the Cedar Knolls NJ Super Walmart on Ridgedale, totaling over $700, my money was stolen from me. When I tried to activate the cards, the automated system rejected them online and on the phone. My daughter went to the store and was treated extremely rudely and had difficulty understanding one of the managers who was disinterested in understanding or helping her and had faulty english. When we called repeatedly and finally got through the automated system to a person after hours of trying, we were told that the cards were converted and used as MoneyPacks to reload two different "blocked" card without any activation or my knowledge. I had the cards and activation codes and receipts totaling over $700 and when I tried to activate them, they were already used. This was the first time I used this product, my money was stolen from me and I wasnt asked for any personal information so there was no record to match me in the system. However, they make a point out of telling you to have the unopened cards and activation code on the receipt for your protection, but obviously someone easily got around it. If this can happen, anyone can get robbed.

Would like to compliment Russ, Pet Department manger at Cedar Knoll Walmart. I have a 16 year old very...old and sick Dog...who we absolutely love. The only food he seem to handle is Pedigree Healthy digestion. I find myself driving and calling every Walmart ..which is the only place I seem to find this food. I just spent 40 minutes on the phone ..waiting for assistance from another Walmart (Kearny). I was very nicely assisted by Russ..Pet Department Manager at the Cedar Knolls store. Who patiently listed to my request..then went to the shelves and looked for the dog food I was looking for. Then told me there were none on the shelves, but he checked on line...and said they may be some in the back...which he confirmed there were 12 cans..which is pulled for me ...AS we rushed to pick them up. He all agreed to place an order for a case and told me he would let me know when it arrived. This may seem like a minor request to some...but to us "owners of our dog..Lucky from the Bronx..this is monumental...as he is part of our family and this is the only food he seems to hold down. Thank you. Gloria Perez from West Orange NJ

I just phoned this store and spoke to a person in the Electronics dept. I was not even able to finish my sentence and was interrupted by the sales associate. I was trying to ask about a Samsung micro sd memory card. The sales associate said, " Yea we gotem. Its better if you come into the store. Just come in the store." Click! I could not believe that he had ended the phone call when I had more questions and furthermore could not believe in the manner an associate would treat their customer. I usually do not complain but after this situation I felt very compelled. If the store manager or district manager knew how customers were treated at this store location then I ask each of you...... "What is your definition of customer service? And is this truly the way how you want your associates to treat the individuals which pay your stores bills and associates payrolls?"

Limited parking, few registers open. Parking is horrible. They have very few spaces. Also it takes forever to checkout. There are always massive lines. I would like to go shopping on my lunch break but between the limited parking and the long lines at the registers I gave up trying. Even running in to 1 thing takes 45 minutes due to the long lines. They are also always out of what I want. Of course, they always have the necessities, but if you are ever looking for something specific (windshield wiper, USB charger, deodorant) they are always out of what I am looking for. Theyve been out of old spice deodorant and theyve been out of my rainx wiper for a few weeks now. Also, their online prices are cheaper than in store, even for clearance items.

This may be the worst Walmart I have ever been to. This Walmart is routinely disorganized, dirty and has poor customer service. The check out lines here are typically long because they do not have enough lanes open. The parking lot is small and often littered with trash and carts. I was recently in here one evening at 11:30pm to make a return and was told that they could not do the return because they close the customer service register at 11pm. Now I get it they close at midnight but so there is no reason they could not accept my return at this time other then the fact they just didnt want to do the work. I was in there at 11:50 on a previous night and they had no problem taking my money for a purchase. I try to avoid this Walmart as much as possible!

The people at the customer service area need to smile, put on a friendly approach, be sincere when they help a client, view people as customers and not as people who take up their time and make them work hard. If you are tired, because of physical ailments, sickness, disease states, mental stress, please do not take it out on the clients of Walmart, the supervisor of Walmart, Management of Walmart. Please do not talk about scandalous, explicit affairs of co-workers while at work or in hearing range of customers, especially children. You work for Walmart. You should not act like you are the owners or heirs of Mr. Walton. If you can not take the work ethics or lack of, use your discretion and brain power.

They do not price match here; first on the phone said they would pricematch with electronic print out, then when i got there they send me to a store saying i needed a physical flyer. After i got it they then made up excuses why i couldnt buy it. I believe they have many difficulties due to many Indians and Mexicans work there. Most dont speak English well and like to think they have power while working at a Walmart. There where so many Indians working the customer service i thought i walked into 7-11. They know nothing about the products and tell the people who know the product they are wrong and to drop it. Only on helpful man in the store and i thank him.

I bought some motor oil through the site to store feature thinking that I stop by and pick it up quickly after work. I ended up standing at the Site to Store desk for 20 minutes waiting for help. I asked a few Walmart associates who walked by for help and they kept saying theyll page someone for help. No one came. I eventually went and found the oil and went to the customer service desk. Once I got there, they said that someone just went to go help me since I paged them so I had to put back the oil and go to the Site to Store desk. I learned my lesson. If I want convenience and service I should just go to Target.

Electronics associate was incredibly rude to me, asked him if an item was in stock, it showed in stock on the stores web site, he said it wasnt and that they have never had the product, which I know for a fact was a lie. I very politely asked if he could check to make sure and he said "theres nothing to check, you think Im going to stand here and make things up?" with a horrible reactionary tone. Not what I would expect from someone on payroll, and my families business is going elsewhere.
