Hafaa in the Store Pickup section was very reluctant in servicing my online pickup order. First, she says she cannot pull up my order based on my name, so expecting the order number from me. When I was browsing my phone to lookup, she started chit chatting with the fellow employee (I think Shanayak) about the nationality of another male employee who just left from the scene. By the time I found my order number, another Store Pickup employee came and volunteered to help me out and brought my order from the inside. If an employee wanted to take a break and very reluctant to service end customers, management should ensure Store Pickup employees are rotated at the right time with appropriate breaks. This is my second bad experience with the same service rep (Hafaa). Earlier about couple of months ago, she was talking in her personal phone (through hands-free which I did not notice early) while servicing my online pick up order.

Normally, if I come here, they have a decent selection of trading cards from Magic: the Gathering. Ill stop in twice a month with friends, crack open some packs, have a good time and leave happy. However, in the following few months, I see less and less MTG related merchandise and more of it being replaced (or shall we say "overtaken") by Pokémon packs. Tonight, I was in the mood to get some packs from the newest set: Amonkhet. I was appalled to see that not just Amonket was out of stock, but Aether Revolt, Kaladesh, Oath of the Gatewatch; every single booster pack was gone. Not out of stock or on back order; were talking replaced by Pokémon and Yugioh merchandise. I also came in there to buy cigarettes as well, but Ill go somewhere that actually bothers to stock the things I like instead of spending anymore money on a location that doesnt invest time or effort into an organized store with plenty of variety.

Boonton Walmart. I went to checkout, and the checker (Indian woman) left her station to go talk to another (Indian women) at anothers (Indian man) station. That left me with no checker. She never looked back to see if she got any customers. I stood there wondering where to go or if she would see me & come back to her station, but she did not. I then selected the only one I could find available,and he was horrible to my husband and I; not friendly, and did not respond to any of my questions or comments. A man with a crew cut, shirt and VERY RUDE. I suggest that you better train your staff to accommodate the public, especially nice folks like us.

This place is like a message in a bottle, about the future of America. Everyone who works here is either Indian and half smelly, or white and half depressed as hell.... And it all makes sense, when youre there. Wal-Mart is how we are allowing the NWO, and, the outlook is quite bleak, indeed. ...saving some money, and the convenience though.... Damn Walmarts!!

I live 5 minutes from the Walmart in Riverdale.The quality of Merchandise is terrible.I can never get what im looking for. The Walmart in Boonton New Jersey is where i go to shop. The store is very clean top quality in clothes. Its a shame i cant shop in my own Walmart. Thank you Boonton Walmart.Its a pleasure to shop there.

Worst Customer service suck your mother!!! I just cAlled this place at 2:20pm mon june 26 and a lady answered she sounded very old an mentally slow then when i ask her a question she told me hold on then never came back to the phone i waited 20mins she just kept me on hold

Its Wal-Mart. What can I say. Its same as most others. Ive had issue several of the staff here. They seem to act like they are doing you a favor by letting you shop there. Although the cashier today was very nice she looked new.

They have practically everything needed from home goods to medication. Pharmacy staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. For this mother of five this also makes it easy on the wallet.

Great if you use self checkout. Otherwise it probably would win an award for worlds slowest service. And as others have said shopping there the workers make you feel like you are inconveniencing them.

Sejal Parikh at the pharmacy was very nice and helped with a medication issue i kept having. She went out of her way to make sure I didnt pay an exuberant amount for a prescription
