Not a good Walmart or for that matter the shopping center itself. With needing somewhere to waste a few hours it can usually be done at a shopping center especially if there are stores where you might need to go anyway and pick-up a few things. As I entered the parking lot and saw a Walmart I decided to stop in there and check out the clothing section since after losing weight my clothes are needing to be replaced. I guess my experience in the parking lot should have been my first clue as I was approaching an empty spot but saw the young lady in the next spot over was trying to pull out so I decided to let her go out before pulling in. All of a sudden someone coming from the other direction comes flying up to the spot, pulls into it in a rather crooked fashion blocking her car and taking up the two spots before getting out of his car to go into the store. Okay that wasnt Walmarts fault but then when I went into the store it seems that the handful of employees I encountered really did not want to be there. One example of this was when I wanted to try on some pants after first of all having to look all over the place for the fitting rooms as they were not near the mens clothing area and then when I tried to go in the doors were locked so I found an employee to unlock them that acted as though I was bothering her to have her unlock the door. If it is that much of a problem they should have never locked them in the first place. I have probably complained enough in this review and will more than likely never come back here unless of course I find myself in the area with a similar situation as this and need to kill some time then maybe I will come back but I will probably not actually buy anything as it wasnt worth the problems, I could have bought the same things ten miles from home where people who work in the stores are kinder and the other shoppers arent so ignorant.

I cant even begin to tell you from the employees two lines Ive been ignored totally the people trying to sell you a rising following you around like stalking you unsupervised children the only nice thing I can say is there is a woman that knows her do her job and everybody else they should fire everybody and let her go I wish I could remember her name. Just the other day I was double-charged for coffee a box of K-cups. I was wondering why it was so much money so I checked the receipt and realized he charged me twice for one box of coffee. They made me go to customer service which everybody knows this time of year is crazy especially at Walmart anyway after 20 minutes online I finally get up to the register and they change over to somebody the training which would have been fine with me if I wasnt sure with all the crap I guess I bit my lip because nobody wants to when theyre learning their job and it wasnt his Horror Story that happened to me this week at Walmart. During the week its not that bad and I have to go there because I have I love it its an American Express card not every employer do this so when I get somebody to do it they have to call somebody else everybody in line hates me now anyway Im done bitching is there just be a little more helpful and keep Verizon I understand maybe theyre understaffed the public is really hard to deal with when you tell somebody youre going back to look for something and you dont come back for 20 minutes thats downright disrespectful and youre letting come back I probably could have found my tablet thank you anyway I understand he was an older man and maybe he forgot thats the problem with hiring holiday help they just hire anybody they dont know the store and the customers are the ones that suffer

Poor costumer service in any way you can imagine... went to the vision center to buy 2 glasses, it was o only one person there helping and I wait half hours or so, I asked if someone else could help and the answer was "its just me and you going to wait long time" them my kid start crying and he finally said "you can pay this in any cash register (why you didnt say this before instead of make me wait all this long)... all the lines crazy, typically Walmart, good prices but a crazy wait on line cause they refuse to put more people to work! So I went to costumer service since no one was there waiting! The guy that was at the cashier said couldnt help me, I look at him and I asked if he was serious, he said yes cause there was only to return! So many times I país things in there, I umderstand its to return but I made him call the manager, she come gave me same answer! At that point I refuse to leave, and go another cashier w my baby craying! Them the manager said "I dont have any bags, when I was seeing the other cashier next to her packing things on costumer bags! She just Didnt wanna help me and I didnt wanna move! Her name was MICHELE, SHES A FRONT AND BACK STORE SUPERVISER AND WAS AT COSTUMER SERVICE TODAY! Terrible experience! Normally Walmart can be ok to bad and today was terrível! Better off going to TARGET MAYBE PAY LITTLE MORE BUT THE COSTUMER SERVICE ITS AWAY BETTER THAN THIS PLACE! Wont come back not even with free gift card!!!

Got stopped by the LP tonight 9/25 and told I was accused of stealing from the establishment. In my opinion the LP is both a cornball and quite incompetent in his duties. I was stopped by Wachung PD shortly after denying the LPs request to go with him to the "back of the store" (presumably to be pressured into signing some form of confession, laughable) and leaving out of Walmart entirely. As I explained to the cops, I felt no need to stop for loss prevention because I had not done anything and did not recognize the authority of a random person telling me to come with him. In any event, I called around with the cops for a bit before they also came to the conclusion that the LPs claims and profiling of me was false. Hey LP, hope we run into each other soon Id love to have a nice talk with you about how professional it is for a man to wear a hoop nose ring and come to work. Great job !

If you can, avoid this location. Interaction with staff generally ranges from ok to terrible. They often appear to struggle with keeping enough registers open. I also had a terrible experience where I accidentally gave cashier too much money, then sat around for an hour while they ran an audit and tried to sell me on the register being short as the defining proof no wrong was done. I asked to review the security footage, they did, but never let me see it as well. Left $30.26 poorer than I should have been. Needless to say, that last bit of trouble will keep me away permanently. Especially with how little they attempted to communicate with the actual cashier. Somehow she wasnt event part of the equation when it came to reviewing what happened.
