I ordered an phone from them for cyber monday and it was in stock online as not on stock in walmart but online and the the claim someone had a wrist ban and that they did not get an iphone and i bought the phone for the sale price and now when my other family called them they said oh yes we have a ton instock they i called them and they said the same story and i paid for ot and fyi when tou order online and your store is out of stock but in stock online they ship ot to the store like what do you mean someone gets it first no nope i order it online and i keep beimg put on hold horrible customer care like you cant just tell me oh someone got it and you cant have in and when i called earlier today to see if the guy picked ot you they said they where not open and yet i look at there hours and they are open 24 hours and what but you are I usually shop there they all know me but they got one audited and it so rude and annoying they just put me on hold so i had to call them 10 time because each time i was on hold for 20 min and nobody picks up they are very rude and i wish i picked Edison Walmart they are very sweet and i called them today and was like where is my iphone telling them my name and all then they was all like we dont sell iphones in Walmart like what yes you do oml and when you try to tell them that it was instock online and they ship it to them and then there branches of walmart gets the order not if you have it instock they also ship it to you home so what do the rude maen lying employees do all of the above so i dont get what I ordered? And they keep saying i dont know and there the ones who work in electronics like and also cyber and they all trying to say the same thing but my other fam calls and they dont know my voice oh yes we have it instock like hello nope it is mine which you want me to pay 50 buck more for very unfair and they said returned like nope you cant do that you cant return an item i bought and then make up a story

The only reason I shop at Walmart of Piscataway is due to the fact that I have online items shipped to that location (closest to my house) for site-to-store. I have used site-to-store frequently. Im debating NEVER going back to this location. Yesterday, I went to pick up 3 items off of ONE order that was ready for pick up. Gave them appropriate information like EVERY OTHER TIME. This was my 2nd day in a row of going. The associates do not know how to read the computer system apparently. It was definitly at the location, shipped, there and everything. They kept telling me I was wrong. I said, NO. It told me to pick it up online. They then said to come back with an email! First of all, I am 8 1/2 months pregnant! The stress alone was bad enough. I got an attitude, was told I HAD TO DO WORK and I HAD TO COME BACK (take in mind THEY are getting paid to do this stuff, not me). So, when I finally come back to the site-to-store department with my husband, I get a completely different attitude, no non-english chatter behind my back, etc. Of course, her cell phone goes off... AND SHE PICKS IT UP! RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and interrupts me in the process of trying to say something. I was 100% ready to go see the manager even after the hour of waiting to get my 3 items! However, I did not feel like being in that place another minute! I have had NO problems with site-to store in Watchung or Manville... other SEMI-close locations. They were always more than helpful. However, avoid Piscataway like the plague. They obviously have no clue how to treat their customers with respect, or how to do their simple jobs.

Online, it is reported that item 44162676 (un50ju6500) is in stock. I tried to call store to confirm, but no one picks up for several days. I finally came to store and had to wait almost an hour for help. Customer service said they do not have access to check store inventory, and the worker at the TV department did not know how to use the system and called someone for help. An hour passed as the worker tried to locate the TV but couldnt, they finally found a TV of similar model which was un50hu6950, which was actually out of stock according to their inventory. Online showed the price $699 for this model and UPC, in store the item scanned at $898. Manager refused to adjust the price or honor any kind of adjustment, said its a different model than the one they dont have (even though the inventory reports they have it), and she cant even bring it down to $699 because the "Walmart" item number doesnt match, tried to convince me that model is different, when it was clearly the same. When I searched Walmart for item by UPC, it came up with the one for $699. But staff at this store try to give you the run around. Very unprofessional, they feel stupid when an educated customer actually starts to talk to them, and make a new story up as they go. Thanks Walmart for wasting nearly 2 hours of my time, for not picking up the phone, and for having me drive all the way to the store and not having the item. Will never shop at Walmart again.

Thee worst walmart ive ever been to. There is zero people there to help you but they are all congregating in the front registers talking about what they are doing after work. cell phones out manager is right there with them doing the same. no one is ever in auto. after 25 minutes of waiting for the guy to come back to auto it took another 10 minutes to find someone to ask a question. the moment i opened my mouth he immediately said "oh i am not from this department, i dont know anything about over here and he then left." i went to the cashier and on my way four employees was just standing around having a conversation. i get to register 8 and i asked to speak to the manager 30 minutes later the manager never came. Same thing in furniture takes 10 minutes for someone to come assist you. theres also never anyone in electronics. and if there is someone there they have no clue about electronics and they dont speak fluent enough english. There prices keep going up and there service keeps plummeting.and this is on a slow day. i dont get it. when u do ask someone for help they make it seems as if its a burden on their shoulders.

This Walmart in Piscataway is horrible. The managers are soo rude . You have to be careful even when you purchase stuff because sometimes there are a used stuff in a box. I purchased a Carpet cleaner and when i opened it was used called corporate to let them know . Go to return the manager Richard was soo rude saying it was not the exactly the same item thinking I put the used cleaner in the box. Since he was rude to me I did not want to purchase another item at this store. He did not want to give my money back wanted to give me store credit. I said no I want to buy it another store. It took me 3 hours to get my money back never shopping at this store again . Target, Kohls, and other departments are much better than this store. An employee probably put this item in, or is was returned and sealed and nobody realized Target, Kohls, and other departments are much better than this store. Spend your money somewhere else .Buyers BEWARE
