Awful customer service! I Asked to speak with a manager after trying to return 2 pairs of shorts which the cashier said she could not return. After several minutes, the manager speaks to the cashier over the phone and makes a decision to not refund me my money without having heard one word from me! I left the store very upset with a store credit. After an hour or so I called to speak to this manager, because after all, he should be aware of the situation and I wanted to see if he could right the wrong...well my conversation with him was worse than the experience I had in the store! He was just as disgusting and awful as his store policy! He was very unaccommodating and could care less that he was loosing a customer! Please do not shop at this store. They do not value you nor your hard earned money!!!

Last week SUNDAY july 12 I was robbed in telco , my bag went missing for 30 minutes in then after the manager comes with the bag NO MONEY I have gotten $230 stolen out of my bag im so hurt I always go to telco in nobody helped me ! The workers was right there around my bag there wasnt even a lot of traffic around the time I was there at 12:24 pm I walked out there crying couldnt beleive I got robbed in my own neighborhood store , in i know its the workers or a inside job because no regular person would just take the money in go they would have token the whole bag in go then I asked the see the camera he showed me only when the people entered in exit nothing else , I asked to see the other sides of the store I was denied . I beleive this was a inside job I lost all my money this day I am so hurt

I am a reasonable customer who shop at my neighbor store Telco all the time.In my experience the girls on the floor is very helpful,sometimes they are not very easy to be found (maybe because they its a big store and each department is also spacious so its fine) ,the managers are all very reasonable and the cashiers are very friendly. Unfortunately i have seen a couple of customer on cashier encounters(that means i be in there way to much,but anyways) and the customers are usually wrong and stubborn in the most ignorant way.Personally the respect you give is what you will receive and in no store should the stupidity of a customer be always right and i am saying that based on customer service experience.

We need places like this! This is my opinion anyway. If you are looking for very, I mean VERY cheap prices, this is the place for you. And for cheap prices like you can find here, you can’t expect to get the conditions you will find at the mall. I do clothing shopping here sometime, especially when I need clothing for cheap prices. And I want to tell you, this place, like other of its kind are very important. Not everybody can afford the places where you get great service and band names. I hope they will remain open for many more years, since they really offer something that cannot be found anywhere.

The cashiers there do not have any manners. One of them called me stupid. I was livid. The worst part about it is that her fellow cashiers found her comment amusing. I decided that I was not going to lower my reputation or else I would have answered her in a very mean way. I will never go back to this store and I will encourage everyone to do the same.
