I called ahead and had them order in four new tires for my truck. Right before they installed them I had a look and noticed they were the wrong tires. They would have installed the wrong ones if I hadnt noticed. I was left to choose from the stock they had in the store and received an inferior tire to the one I initially ordered. After the install I was driving down the highway at 70mph and heard a loud pop and then another a few minutes later, they scared us half to death. Turns out they didnt seat the bead on the front tire meaning it was also out of balance, not to mention completely unsafe to drive on. They also left a red rag stuck between the tire and wheel. I stopped at a different Mavis location to have them remove it and they wouldnt and said it was fine because it wasnt leaking air. They also installed valve stems rated for 60psi rather than 80psi. I called customer service and all they would do is refund me the mounting and balance fee I paid which didnt even cover the price to have the tires rebalanced, the rags removed, and correct valve stems installed. To top it off I waited 3 hours in the store after they said it would only take 1 hour. And I found a loose lug nut about to fall off the next day! The guys in the store were friendly but they have some serious improvements to make in the quality department!!

Dropped car off for oil change, picked car up, drove away, back latch light came on and window was open, heavily reaked of calone that neither me or my wife wear, didnt realize that looking threw every inch of car was part of oil change, just weirded out, called owner who said he did oil change and that car was in his sight mostly, oil does looked changed thankfully but thoroughly inspected as well, just weird.. Owner said that he saw my wife open back latch to get bag and when I asked my wife she was in surprise as we both know she keeps her work bag on passenger side of vehicle., just fishy also charged her 25 bucks per wind shield wiper blade, how much do they cost at autozone? Apparently 50 bucks seems about right I guess, sorry for sarcasm, just real bummer.. He called my wife and said power steering fluid needed to be flushed, my wife went there for an oil change and spent $160 bucks, total rip off

I figured bring my vehicle here local convenient first time for tires second for brake pads and rotors third time for tires then my Tire started losing air brought it to them they said they fixed it took the car back a couple weeks later I wake up and its flat I couldnt get the tire off because they striped my lug bolts filled it up got it to them asked them to fix the tire the lug bolt I got the vehicle back and my Tire continued to go flat I went else where and will continue to go elsewhere

Recent change in customer service of this Mavis is definitely showing. Chris in the front end and John in the shop have on 2 occasions shown a great deal of going above and beyond customer service to myself as well as others that I have seen while waiting. Chris has looked out for better deals and advisement on car care and John has executed with great results. I have regained trust in this location. Thanks gentlemen.

Great tire prices - however - you will be sold a bill of goods you may not need. My wife went to get tires and was told her suspension was shot and she needed 4 struts at $179 each. After hearing the same story told to every customer that came in she got the tires and alignment and drove an hour to another shop (owned by her Brothers). They told her that struts were fine. Just be aware when you shop at Mavis.

I got 4 New tires for my truck at over $1,000. I got the warranty but 2 of my tires leak air. I went back twice to have them fix it. they didnt. so now I stop to fill my new tires up once a week. also know if you are going in for one thing like tires, tell them you dont give a flying f#%k what else is wrong with the vehicle. just changed the Damn tires.

These guys are the typical cliche of mechanics telling you, you need something done when you dont need it done. They prey on those who dont know enough about cars to turn down the persuasion of new parts. They take way too long to do even the simplest of fixes. I urge you to go where ever else you can unless you have no other option at all.

The shoes to be a good location years ago when it was under different management. Recently had some unfriendly encounters with people there when I wasnt happy about something. Recommend you choose another location of Mavis.

The management at Florida Mavis was extremely helpful. GREAT Customer service and extremely helpful. They saw that I need break pad replacements while I was getting my tires replaced and really hooked it up on the price.

Worst place ever. They order my tires from the warehouse and told me to drop my truck in the morning. Drop my truck and tell me they cant get my tires! Thanks for the inconvenience! Ill take my business elsewhere!

Went into get tires balanced, but within 10 miles after leaving all the weights flew off one by one. Car was again out of balance.
