Outstanding Customer Service My husband and were traveling from out of state and had car trouble. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. They provided assistance in any way they could. One staff member even went and got hot chocolate for us (without us asking, because it was so cold. I was so touched, I felt like crying. You just dont see such kindness often. He really took the sting out of the car breaking down on vacation.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and nice. They read the codes on my Jetta for me yesterday and gave me a printout. The guy who read the codes saw how hard my door was to open and insisted on hitting it with WD40 after I told him I hurt my shoulder opening it. I also had warranty replacement on a battery last year that was flawlessly easy. I go straight past other places to them for all my auto needs.

Glenn and Kent were amazing! They went above and be beyond on my expectations.
