Excellent service. Was asked if I needed help when I first walked through the door which I replied, "Just browsing.". After 10 minutes of browsing was asked again by another employee if I needed help. I decided to buy a cabin and air filter. They found it for me quickly, and then without me even asking, offered to install it for me at no charge. Took the man 5 minutes. Wish I remembered his name. Thanks guys! - Steve

One of my headlight was out, went to AutoZone, I told the cashier I have no idea how to replace it. He responded let me finish ringing everyone, if nothing is in the way I can replace it. Took him 5 minutes to replace the bulb. I offered him a tip and he refused by saying "its my job to provide you with excellent customer service" Great job @Thakhur. I appreciated your help.

I like this AutoZone because its not the Hazlet one. The Hazlet location is a joke. It always takes me forever to get anything there. And last time I was at the Hazlet location store, employees were fighting with each other because one of them was high and ODd on heroin while working (or something).

Everyone in the Middletown store is very helpful. Youre always greeted when you walk in the door, and always asked if you need any help. On three occasions Ive had a battery installed, wiper blades, and headlights replaced. Great service!
