My experience at this Hazlet Autozone isnt what I expected at a multi billion dollar publicly traded enterprise. I stopped in for a simple 1999 chevy s10 water pump and thermostat. I waited for 10 minutes before even spoken to and another 18 minutes for a counterman to print a ticket and then just disappear meanwhile at this point i felt i was going to get my parts but the counterman claimed he sold "300" of these, my friend had completed multiple sales to customers rather then the non existent staff, most other stores are awesome i just dont get stalling a customer, if your not sure ask or seek help etc, in the end, you have the parts I need and you want the money I would be spending. I went down the road and got the parts in 2 minutes flat. paid 22$ more to boot, but that was worth it for my time and good customer service, will i return yeah Im sure but lets get it together Being a Share holder now i see why the stock has declined in the last 2 quarters,

I wish I could give you less stars then a 1. You see my husband trying to come in for one thing and have your doors locked before you close and proceed to ignore him walk in the back and then come out 5 minutes later and tell him its now 9. I drove 45 minutes up here to pick him up with my two children in the car because his car broke down. He needed one thing from you guys but god forbid! You could give him literally 2 seconds to grab one thing! Thank a whole lot for nothing! Great customer service. Manager ignores him and the employee just sits there staring at him.

This location sucks. Everytime Im in here it feels like an eternity. Computers dont work, employees dont know what the hell theyre doing, a part that should be there in one day takes 3 because the order never processed apparently. And last time I went there employees were arguing with each other. One of them ODd on heroin or something and was high when I was there. Just go to the Middletown store. Or go to Advanced Auto if you must.

Niko especially but all the workers were helpful and kind and knowledgeable in diagnosing what was the major issue with my vehicle honest and very helpful with our car troubles which is hard to come by with mechanics now a days. Recommend anyone to visit this store for any care needs. They definitely go the extra mile for customer service which is hard to come across now a days.

Called them friday about blower fan on my 2011 toyota sienna and got next morning..they were the only ones who would get it for me . I called around and nobody wanted to help..Toyota wanted 100.00 more for same part. Thank you auto zone!

Usually have what I want but even when I go in there needing something specific they always try to up sell you by knocking the cheaper or mid level part I wanted. Really annoying.
