I absolutely disagree with the above review, i go here all the time, i love the large selection of products, and always find something unique while shopping, this store is my addiction, and the owner is VERY friendly, and helpful, easy to work with, the prices are the lowest for any store like it in our district, and the cat doesnt bother you at all she just roams around and does her thing.. Ive even had her offer to make or order something if i couldnt find it there.. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and this is mine, i would truly miss this store if it was ever to close..LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I went in to shop and the owner was very rude and sarcastic. Also, if youre allergic to cats do not go in because she has her cat there laying on the counter and it roams the store. Her persona is certainly not that of a good store owner. I was extremely disappointed and was about to buy a few things even! Side note, she will tell you to get off the phone if you receive a phone call! Needless to say she lost a nice sale and a customer forever.

I love going to By Our Hands ❤️. I always find a gift for that special someone,but I usually keep it for myself so I have to buy something else. Very nice
