Just stopped into this store front in strousburg on 616 Main Street. Very nice inside, rustic but small. They had an art event at the time of our tasting visit. But everyone was pleaseant. The wines we tried were white, hard ciders which they had three for tastings and 2 reds. I prefer whites. Their wines all smelled lovely but drier then I like for my taste. The people are helpful that tend to you however they dont sell the hard ciders or sangria to take home at this tasting location which is what I wanted after opting for the 8 tastes for $10. We wanted to buy to share with some family members later that evening. I was told I could go to the location where they make the hard ciders and even discussed the jug cost and refill cost. Because we were disappointed they didnt sell it at this store She stated that the hardcider location would be open. That the drive is only 10minutes from the Main Street store all while she was looking at her watch. It was 4:55pm. She said we could make it and had plenty of time, they close at 6pm. Its snowing so the roads are a little slick but I was looking forward to sharing a new cider with family so we drove over to the winery. Got there at 5:08 and all the lights were out. It would have been nice if they called the winery to ask them to wait for us knowing we were heading over there for a couple of bottles and a jug of sangria. Now looking at the website it shows that site closes at 5. So the owner didnt really know the closing time and sent us farther from home on a snowing evening to a closed facility.

What a great find! My friends and I decided to have a girls day and found RAW Winery. It not only has great wine, but has a truly unique atmosphere of reclaimed wood, exposed piping and my personal favorite added touch, a record player. This husband and wife team are knowledgable, kind, and great company. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn a little and laugh a lot.

We were in the Poconos, looking for a place that made hard cider. What a great find! They have 3 types of cider & they are all excellent. They also make excellent wine with grapes from California & Chile. We bought 3 bottles of the Kraken, which is a blend of 5 dark red varietals. We love this place & well be back to refill our cider jugs. Thanks Mathew & Misty.

We had a wonderful time at Raw doing a wine and craft cider tasting. The owners are wonderful hosts and you can tell they love what they do. We were celebrating a friends birthday and they really went out of their way to make it special! Definitely check it out. Its a much better experience than the more commercial wineries.

Absolutely love the Misty Love wine. Last years was their best one yet. My favorite blend since the Aja Amarone. Matt and Misty are super knowledgeable about the wines and are more than happy to answer all my questions. A must stop on the Pocono wine trail. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Loved it. The cider was delicious! They had a variety of ciders that ranged from dry to sweet. The staff was great, very helpful, and accommodating for our large group. The atmosphere is laid back and I will definitely recommend them to friends.

The wines were not bad at all. The employees were amazing. Only wish I had gotten their names because they were extremely personable. Great experience. Love love love their strawberry mango sangria. To die for.

A little over priced compared to other winerys in the area and the facility is a little to small to handle bigger crowds. Could be a great place. Will try it again.
