Our waiter Bradley P was great. He was very kind and did his job at his best. Ok. We literally just walked out of this place. We usually go to the Cracker Barrel in Neshaminy (theyre Awesome), but was told that their was one in Plymouth Meeting (closer to us). Pros: The waiter was great. He checked on our table often although not one person helped him. (which is very unusual). Cons: The food does NOT taste the same as the one in Neshaminy & North Carolina. Their meal portions are SMALLER than the other ones too. I usually have left over food when I go to Cracker Barrel, but this time I (& my husband) left still wanting something else to eat. Mind you I am really small. I honestly believe the other waiters deliberately didnt help our waiter out. (A race thing. (hint: the opposite way around) 1.We had to to call him over 3 times, because they didnt bring our biscuits out. Of course he was suprised and the 3rd time he actually had to get it from the cooks himself. The lady who said she would get it never got them. 2. We called him over 4 times, because the other employee never brought my husbands salad out and we also mentioned the cornbread (never brought to us) 2 of those times. 3. My pancakes were the size of the KIDS meal. When the other waiter brought the 2 Pancakes over she said "Heres your Kids Pancakes". I replied "Thank You, but I asked for 3 Short Stack Pancakes". She replied "The 2 short stack is the same size as the Kids, Ill bring you out another one". (In my head Im thinking "So Youre charging me an Adult price for a Kids meal?") Of course she didnt return with my pancake, so my waiter had to bring it out. 4. As I was paying for my meal the cashier asked "Do You Want Me To Put The Tip on here?" I kindly replied "I already tipped the waiter". YOU Should Not ask anyone about a tip as though its mandatory. If I didnt put the tip on the receipt or mention it, then leave it be. I always tip even when the service sucks (I just never return to that restaurant). Even if I didnt, Its not your place to say anything about it. Our waiter was great so I gave him 30% tip in cash. Just DRIVE The Extra 10 - 15 minutes to Neshaminy and Get Your Moneys Worth. This place definitely isnt worth it. We go to the one in Neshaminy about 6 - 8 times a month. Theyre Fantastic. BRADLEY If Youre Reading This, Neshaminy Is HIRING!

I and my co-workers ordered food to go for our break. I go to pick it up and return to work to find out only 1 and a half of the entrees that we ordered were actually in the bag. I call them to figure out what happen and I get bounced around to FIVE different people before I end up with a manager to actually fix the issue. Faster returning to pick up the remainder of the order I was told to stand aside while they finish cooking it which was way over the 15min they said it would take. I asked a waiter named Jen to get a manager and she says ok, walks to the kitchen and I see her wiping things off and drinking something. Then she turns back around to peak out the door to see if Im still there. When finally began voicing my concern to the manager of the gift shop my order miraculously is ready and he comes out the kitchen with the order. I check the bag before I leave to find out that I was still missing an entire order of pancakes eggs and turkey bacon. After telling them They only give me another Oder of pork bacon. I return to work after wasting 45min of my 30min break only to give my fellow associate my pancakes. And have non. I call the store again to speak to a manager and get placed on hold for 5 min!!!! They offer a refund, but when I returned to get it later that day I only received $45.01 of the $47.7? They kept the recites balled it up and when I asked to see it they said it only says 45.01. I know it didnt. Overall horrible experience and will never return to cracker barrel for as long as my family is alive.

I went here for dinner last night and I was not impressed. Right away, they offered my a kids menu and I am 14 years old! Then, I asked for a regular orange soda and got an orange CREAM soda. It turns out that they dont have Fanta but they could have been more careful about that. Then, I ordered the shrimp platter and it came with cocktail sauce. The waitress held my plate with one hand and was not being careful. She was holding it at a slant and something was sure to fall off. Sure enough, the red cocktail sauce fell facedown on my new, white skirt that I had purchased mere hours before. The waitress did not even apologize and only gave me a new sauce when I asked. As for the food itself, my sweet potato appeared to have a small, black hair in/sticking out of it. Disgusting! Yes, it MAY have been part of the potato, but I cant guarantee that it was not a HUMAN HAIR. For desert, the waitress did not warn my father that the plat she handed him was very hot. Finally, the candies that I wanted for desert werent there, which made me more upset. They really should order more when the stock is low, not when it is completely out. In all fairness, the food was (mostly) good, but I wouldnt recommend this on a very special occasion.

this place SUCKS! never go there! i called ahead and asked if I could leave my name to cut down on my wait time, but they said they couldnt do do that they did say it was a 15 minute wait. I got there and I was told it would be a 30 minute wait not what I was told over the phone, but on the brink of worth the wait. we were seated nearly an hour later and were treated pretty indifferently by staff that didnt give a damn aboutour time or commitments they broke. at one point the manager told me she would get me seared soon and that the dining room manager was having some issues, the slapped me on the shoulder as if to say she knew that this meal was worth any wait...WTF... seriously. Finally, after waiting patiently (because my wife wanted me to), we were seated. our server was nice enough. we both got sreak and eggs our hash browns were cold, our eggs were cold our grits were cold...the only reason I didnt loose my damn mind is because the steak was really good (not worth the stress of this miserable experience but it may have saved a scene)

Always enjoy their food. I have eaten at their establishment in just about every Southern State on the East Coast. When I go on my annual Aug wk long bus trip south (we have a specific destination but we always stop in route at Cracker Barrel(s). I can not just go in there and eat, with out buying a few items for my self /friends/family. The quality of their items ....... top quality just like their food. Every year I look forward to the stops at Cracker Barrel as we move southward. The nearest one to me (here up North ) is about 10 plus miles from Phillie. I plan to go there at least once a month as a special home outg for me. I am a pleased customer, Cynthia Watson From Phillie
