Absolutely horrible. The Pharmacy is either inept or corrupt. One of the two. I had a prescription filled here only to find when I got home and opened the bottle, that half of it was missing. Sure enough, the bottle said 30 count, and they charged me for 30...but when I emptied them into a bowl and counted them, only 15 were there. I called several times to discuss this, but realized quickly that they had no explanation. To make matters worse, the 15 capsules they did provide turned out to be completely empty! I made it clear that I wasnt interested in seeking the missing medication, rather I would stretch it till my next refill kicked in...to prove that there was no personal benefit to me for bringing this to their attention. They still denied any possibility of error on their part. They claim that they have a triple count system, a computer based pill count inventory, and professionals working there. I cant explain how they screwed up like this, but I will never purchase from them again. Buyer beware, make sure to open your bottles right away, or whoever is making off with peoples medication will simply blame it on the customer. I currently have an application in with the Department of Consumer Affairs to investigate this pharmacy, and strongly urge customers not to do business here.

I recently went to get a prescription filled here and it said clear as day on the prescription by my doctor take 1 tablet 4 times per day plus it stated 120 tabs. That would equal 120 pills. This med is used to prevent seizures. Anyway I got home to take my medicine to come to the realization that they only gave me 100. When I went to take my meds it was to late and they were closed. I have no way of proving that there is something shady going on but I had this happen at another CVS in the past in a different town. I will be returning tomorrow to have this rectified along with filing a complaint against this CVS with the the NJ Pharmacy Board as this is unacceptable and could put peoples lives in danger. I will never do business with this company again after this.

I just went through my second major surgery and the new technician denied my script for pain killers after my surgery..I completely understand the precautions with all the opiate addicts out there these days. But I have only received them once before (after my last operation). But they called me and told me I was very possibly an addict and they couldnt help me..I got the script filled with absolute easy over at Rite Aid. Had to pay a bit more but was well worth it. Just made me feel like crap that the technicians affiliate everyone in pain with addicts and cant spot the difference now and days instead of embarrassing people. Dont go here with any narcotics! I at least hope they catch the real people who doctor shop

I think there should be another cashier at the pharmacy for just prescriptions. I waited 25 minutes just to pay for 1 perscription. Because the two women in front of me had a perscription and a cartful of stuff. 4 other women were working in pharmacy but they were all busy but Im very sure two of them could of jumped on and take care of the huge line of people. We were all upset. Its just rediculious that we were waiting that long.
