I went into the store to get my bill cut in half to 30.00. I asked the guy to look at my bf account and he said hes paying 100.00. If you go on it its 100 a month and you get a tab and 1gig included for free. I asked how much would it be a month with taxes and everything he said 157 and change. It sounded like a steal so I went home got my bf and came back to get that plan. My phone didnt work everything kept force closing I went in they said they had to download the latest version called loli pop and wont get those problems. I left came back to pick my phone up and fifteen minutes later same thing happened and this time I couldnt download apps. The guy put in for me to get a new phone. I get it the same problem kept happening and only thing they could do was download the latest version and if it kept happening would send me a new phone I decided not to go through with it because I didnt want to have my phone info wiped out again. We get our bill and its 240.00 way over what the guy said. So we called he waived activation fees and said it wont be that much again. We get the 2nd bill and its the same amount. I go into the store and explained to someone what I was told and he said its hear say that he wasnt there so he doesnt know if I was quoted what I was saying. He told me dont worry about it my bf is good looking just sit back and let him pay for it. He printed out the details of my bill and we left. I went home called customer service and that guy hung up on me. I call back to talk to a supervisor and the girl wouldnt transfer me to one she wanted to see if she could help me first and told me Im paying for the tablet in installment payments and for the 1 gig. I explained to her that he said it was free and she said yes I do see the promotion not sure why you didnt get it. I was placed on a 40 min hold to be transferred to a department where they handle product purchasing. Then she told me she doesnt know why I was transfered to her (with an attitude) and said she cant transfer me back to the other person or a manager. The next day I went back to sprint and got the same guy as the day before. I said I wanted to talk to the manager and he said he wont be in for a few days whats going on. I explained that when I b all ed customer service they told me I was paying for the tab and I shouldnt be. His reply was what you didnt believe me yesterday? I told him what customer service said and he holds up a tab and says is this the one you have and I said yes and he said well this tab is 650.00. I explained I didnt go back in your storage closet and get it you guys messed up and I want to give it back and get the free one. He wouldnt do it. I said if u cant do something to help me Im canceling my plan. He couldnt help me. So I canceled it that night. 2 days later when the manager was in I explained everything to him and the only thing he could say was I wasnt here for the conversation so Im not sure what was said and you signed for it so I cant help you. He apologized. I said your not sorry because the only thing you are offering is to cancel it and pay it or keep it active and pay for it. If he were sincerely sorry he would have fixed his employees mistake.... so sprint offers a deal and tells you what your getting and says sign the electronic pad and when you do it actually says something else. We got cheated out of so much money just so the guy that helped us could get commission off of us. I offered to give the tablet back but they said it was past 14 days. How was I supposed to know I was lied to until the bill came out which was 30 days afterwards. I cant believe how we were treated and how this is sprints policy is to lie cheat and steal!

DISHONEST EMPLOYEE (BE CAREFUL) About three weeks ago, I upgraded to the iPhone 7 and at the time, I believed the trip was a success. Little did I know that the an employee by the name of Mike Ruotolo had other plans. During the transaction, Mike Ruotolo had told me that he would be gifting me a JBL Speaker and an LF Platinum Tone headset because of my relationship with Sprint (20 years) and because of how long I waited. He said that the accessories would come at no cost to me at all. Well, my bill came in this month and it turns out he had signed me up for a monthly lease for the accessories which would require me to pay $300 over the course of 10 months. I spoke to a supervisor over the phone and he had explained that this has happened before. His exact words were "Yes, weve had sales reps who position the accessories as free but then three months or so down the line, the customer realizes that they had been paying for them this whole time." I am not writing this review out of anger or over reacting, everything I have stated is fact and I strongly urge you guys to try elsewhere. This interaction disgusted me so much that for the first time in 20 years I considered changing carriers. If you are told you will be getting anything for free, please make sure it is actually free. Mike Ruotolo seemed to want that commission so bad that he was not thinking about the long term value of the customer. I am still in talks with customer service to get this resolved, but please be careful guys. I do not know if the other reps participate in these shady practices but I do know that Mike Ruotolo does. I update this review once I receive word from Order Support and this matter is resolved! :) #TeamSprint

Dont bother with this horrible company! I have had fraud on my account since October when my grandmother was dying in the hospital. They shut off my phone, so I paid whatever I needed to pay at the time. They shipped a new iPhone 7 to an unauthorized address, from my account, and charged me for it! Proved fraud, and I still have past due balances, havent gotten back the almost $300 I paid in a desperate attempt to get my account turned back on, and 4 months later still getting calls and emails that my account is past due. Absolutely useless. Then, I cant get a human on the phone, because all they want is money that I DONT owe them! Fraud department has already confirmed it was fraud! Contacting the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trades Commission, Federal Communications Commission and will never recommend sprint again! Negative reviews will be in ever single available place I can manage to put them! Unnecessary stress, and the most horrible time! I repeat, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM SPRINT AS YOU CAN!!!!!!

This store sucks! It is by far one of the worst stores I have ever gone to (including all type of retailers) in my life! Noone there works there and all every one there wants to do is just pass you on to another department, as long as you dont bother them. Including the store managers (namely a John) it seems like need the store empty so they can go on a cigarette break and what not....
