We to Pep boys Berlin for an oil change and possibly get things checked out. I needed to get a diagnostic done because my engine light came on. I asked him does not having a oil change for one year have anything to do with that. He said no. Even though I didnt have an oil chang done in one year I only went 3500 miles. Next I asked him about an alignment done, he said there machine is broke and needs 17 parts to get fixed. Next I asked him about checking my refrigeration level because my sir wasnt blowing cooler then normal. He said no cant do that. Then he tells me to go somewhere down the street because they will be able to do all of thes checks Im asking for. First of all I have been coming to this place for 10 years. I bring all my cars here. I get there to pay and my engine light is still on with no answers to why its on. I tried to get A/C pro to fill my own car with the refrigerant. Its says 32.98. I get to counter its 42.00. They tell me there is a main in rebate. I was fed up and just walked out telling the man at counter that this place is pathetic. The mans n as me who waited on me at 1030am was James Taylor. I will not take any oF my vehicles back to Pep Boys ever again.

I went there to have keys made 4a new house i was moving in; mind you house is in Bellmawr an Im all the way out here. Well took other key back went home key Did Not Work.... Great so now i gotta go all the way back To get key from realtor... What a Mess an traffic...??? But i have to say the gentleman did help out with another project I had to do. But the female was rushing around to go Nowhere. Their were no customer???

Walked several times to check out and parts counter back and forth not one person was there to check me out. Most of the workers were milling about behind parts counter and just looked and walked by. No one asked if I needed help or what I was doing standing at parts counter. I guess they dont want to sell anything. I wont go back there ,I dont need to waste a half hour to check out at a store. What a pooorly run store.

Where to buy a battery and theyre about $30 higher than everybody else so they tell you to go online and buy it so I went online I bought the battery then when I go back in the store to pick up the battery guy the counter charges me again only a higher price than what I paid online the first time so then they try and sell you up charge you to buy it again I would never go here again sounds a lot like a bait and switch

I am a local small business owner I have 5 vehicles that I self maintain. After oil changes on two I brought the used oil back to the store and was told that they could only take some of it. I went to the manager and was told that that was the policy. So they refused to take the waste oil! So I took it to Advanced Auto instead they are very nice there and took pep boys waste oil no problem.

Had an oil change and tire rotation several weeks ago. Went to get my oil changed at another place and they told me that the nut to remove the tires was missing; the engine filter was not secured properly; the air filter was missing. Whats with that?!! They were the last ones to work on the car. When I called they could not offer any information. Will go somewhere else in the future.

Pepboys had no problem taking my used oil and I have repairs done there all the time they are honest and trust worthy they always tell me what I need now and what I should look at getting next time there is no pressure and they are always looking to help out anyway they can if it the repair is not in my price range. Great people in service thanks for all your help.

I never give 5 stars because I believe that there is always room for improvement but I highly recommend this Pep Boys. I have always been greeted by friendly staff and service is always in a timely fashion. Ive never had a problem that they couldnt solve.

I had my oil changed. It was a quick service and their hours are convenient. They did not talk to me condescendingly and they also checked other areas of my car too point out things I might want to have checked, but there no pressure to have them do it.

Service was pretty quick, the guy who did my oil change offered my a coupon discount without me asking; awesome. About as friendly as I expect a mechanic to be. Ill be going back for more car tuning.

Made an oil change appointment two days prior to it got there on time but waited for over an hour till my car was taken back so it is not even worth making an appointment they dont stick to the time

Asked if i could ask a simple question about antifreeze and was told they know nothing. Got the impression if I was younger and cuter he would be a world of knowledge! Ill hit AutoZone next time.
