The Berlin store located right on the White Horse Pike in the small shopping plaza after the Clementon Rd intersection on the right has a staff that I have found to be not only friendly but very knowledgeable about car parts and more. Plus theyre always willing to go a little extra by either giving you a detailed explanation on how to install, replace, or use what ever it is your buying. On a few occasions the sales clerk or manager has even come out of the store to help me with a quick minor detail like changing my windshield wipers, check my oil or just to see what Im talking about to make sure Im buying the right part but Ive never had any problems exchanging something if I did, lol. Its a clean store with an inventory that ensures you wont be waiting for delivery of what youre in need of. The ONLY downside is that getting in and out of the parking lot is a one way kind of deal since its on the Pike but being between Clementon Rd and Berlin Crosskeys Rd makes it no very hard to get where you need to go after getting the part or supplies needed to maintain your car. Dont let yourself be confused with the store located on Blackwood Clementon Rd as Im sure that one is fine too, Ive just found that the one located on the White Horse Pike has more in stock since its kind of a hidden little gem! Dont forget your membership card but if you do theyll help you with that too! Thanks KP

Employees were miserable every time Ive been there. I stopped going there a long time ago because of that. Most recently I had to exchange the 4th battery Ive been through on a 5 year warranty... Still miserable. Finally gave up on their crappy Duralast batteries after the last replacement only lasted 4 days! No attempt was made to comfort a dis-satisfied customer. Ill only be going to Advanced in the future. Much more knowledgeable and friendly staff with higher quality parts.

The staff there had no idea what part i was describing to them when then they insisted that that part i was describing did not exist. When i left to go to another store they knew exactly what i was talking about.

Ive been here twice and it was fine. Their new location is a lot nicer than their old building. Its more organized and not so dingy.
