I have been coming to this store for over a year now. I will say I am not a fan of Advanced versus AutoZone or PepBoys. But this store is a complete exception. They must really have a strong store manager because employees will always greet you no matter how busy they are and even though most of limited knowledge of practical application of some repair work, their knowledge in parts seems to be where it needs to be. I would like to give a big shout out to Anthony "Ant" who is always very friendly and has gone above and beyond to help me and other customers. I was really in a jam and Ant came to the rescue. Other employees seem pretty good but I do notice there are always different faces besides Ant. But even though I do like Pep Boys, the Pep Boys across the street is one I really hate to shop at. All I can say about this Advance location is if you are having very minor car trouble and you are in a jam, stop by this location and talk to anyone there, preferably Ant, and they will do what they can to get you all fixed up, within their personal and their stores capabilities. You really cant say that about other parts stores. A round of applause for the stores manager and his/her team.

Had such a pleasant experience at this location than others... Mimi was very kind, knowledgeable, friendly, patient with my questions, and very very professional! Very very satisfied with our visit! Thanks for the starter Mimi! Not so great of an experience with other stores though.. (((
