Update: I managed to get a hold of the paint guy and he was very friendly and helpful. So big plus there. Also purchased a couple other things since then with no issue. Reason for change: Guy in review felt he was being personally attacked, so I tried to tone it down to accommodate. Sorry, review was not meant to be personal, but it did need to convey to your management how you make customers feel; hence the tone used. Original Review: Good: High quality products and a decent selection Bad: Not so friendly and knowledgeable sales team (at least today - sat) Long story: I bought a couple things from this store before and wanted to use it to purchase all my paint supplies for a project car. I went to the store to buy a good quality primer (as they seem to sell them) but I wasnt sure what I needed. So I waited the 10 minutes for their "paint expert" to finish up with whoever he was helping. I dont think it was their real paint expert but this is what the guy behind the counter called him. (Some young kid) So I tried to explain what Im doing and what I was looking for in a product. It became clear very quickly that he was not listening and that he knew very little about painting a car. I got no help, only a condescending tone. Anyway, at this point, I probably wasnt the most pleasant person to deal with as I just got told off by a self important millennial with zero experience and a healthy "I dont give a damn" attitude. However, I tried to save the conversation because I really wanted to purchase at least a gallon of primer to keep the project moving, but got nowhere. So at this point, Im just gonna go ahead and purchase my stuff off amazon or whatever online store. I am very unhappy with my experience because I like having this store close by and really wanted to support them. However, I dont have time to make a bunch of trips in hopes of finding someone that can help me. Lets be honest, thanks to the internet, I can buy my supplies without every leaving my house and for probably a little cheaper. I was willing to pay a little more to ensure I get the right products and to maybe receive some friendly advice. Instead, I got the same answer I could have gotten out of a Walmart clerk served with the attitude of a ready-to-retire janitor.

NAPA is know to be a bit pricey...but they got me the part I needed and thats ultimately what matters.
